    For this to have Gordon Ramsay’s name attached is embarrassing. The appetizers came out less than Luke warm. Though it tasted fine, it was unsatisfactorily the wrong temperature. The decor needs a makeover. The staff was not up to par either. Presentation was also sub par, We definitely expected excellence, and were left with disappointment.

    Been to several Ramsay's restaurants. First hells kitchen visit. Appetizers were excellent. Server was very knowledgeable. Filet was a bit of a let down, lacked flavor and the mushrooms lacked flavor and were quite chewy. I've had filets at other restaurants such as steak in Vegas that were incredible. Lamb was excellent. Overall pleased. Definitely will return

    I can’t believe I paid $200 for dinner here. The service was poor. We were brought to our table and sat there for 18 minutes before we were greeted by our waiter. We ordered drinks and food. A while later our salad came out (which was good) and then a little bit after that our food came. Still no drinks. About 15 min after our dinner came, we got our drinks. Our waiter was nice and brought us a glass of wine to try to fix the situation, but just one glass between two people. Our waiter asked if we wanted desert, but we said no as we just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. He then took our plates. After a few minutes he came back and asked for a reminder what we were celebrating, birthday or anniversary. He said he was going to bring us a desert to celebrate. It tasted good, but was about a table spoon of ice cream. I just can’t believe I paid $200 before tip for this dinner. I don’t see us coming back for any celebration. I feel we usually get better service at Dennys. To top it off, we had to walk all the way back to the restaurant to get parking validation. They didn’t mention anything and it would have cost us another $25 for parking.

    We were very excited to try Gordon’s restaurant as we have been fans for years of his tv show. We made our reservations months ago. Upon entering we were taken aback with the “cafeteria feel” of the space. Think back to the food court of your favorite mall 10-15 years ago. That being said, the food was very good. Our server, Wes, was amazing. I would recommend if you are in the area, but I would not recommend making a special trip.

    This is not my first…or second time here and it did not live up to what i am used to. The menu was not up to date with what was available which was a little disappointing because i came back for the vegan risotto (i am pescatarian but the vegan risotto is to die for!!) and although it was on the menu with the same recipe as in the past that was not what I received. It is now just the lobster risotto with no lobster. Overall great experience loved the waitress She was AMAZING. Recommend if you eat all meats not many seafood options.

    Great! Thought the portions were small but actually it was perfect amount because if we would have had even a little more, we wouldn’t have been able to finish all that we ordered. Lobster Risotto was the star of the evening and so delicious!

    Alana, our server, made the experience extra special. She didn’t ‘hover’ but was there when needed. She never made us feel rushed, told us she’d ‘be there all night’. We had an exceptional dining experience. The mac and cheese, especially with the black truffle, was truly unique and wonderful. Rack of lamb and salmon, fabulous. My only disappointment was the overdressed Caesar salad, totally unlike the time I’d had it before when it was perfect. Overdressed, not chilled enough equalled wet limp salad. I’ll just assume it was a one off. Oh, and the salad is big enough for FOUR people or TWO healthy eaters. It’s HUGE. Share!

    The food and service was amazing! They went over and above. The only thing that is not acceptable is... you can only make a reservation for 4 on open table - I made the reservation for 4 and then kept calling to make it for 6. After many tries, I got an answer and updated the reservation. When we got there, the asst. mgr, Jody was not nice at all. The first thing she said is "if you made the call and we answered, it would be in the system". Then she said, I will do my best to get you seater. She was just rude and her attitude was not pleasant. A must try, the food and service is AMAZING.

    Food was amazing. Waiter was not that great. He was attentive but, did not make the night feel at all special. Kind of felt like we were eating at Chili’s. The noise level was high which made it hard to have a conversation. I expected a high end experience and was disappointed with the overall vibe and the layout. Do not recommend it for a special occasion or romantic night out.

    I took my husband to Hell’s Kitchen for his 50th birthday. The staff was quick and efficient. They were very friendly and consistently checked on us to see if we needed anything. The service was fast and the food was absolutely amazing! We’ll definitely be going back.

    The experience was very tourist trap ish. The location the restaurant was in was terrible. The Harvey’s casino was a dump. The restaurant inside the casino was depressing, terribly lit, and so loud that it was tough to have a conversation. The process was rushed and was like being in a dinner vs fine dinning. The prices were out of line for what was offered. The table settings and utensils were wore out and in bad condition. Table had gouges out of it, no linens, silverware had lost ability to luster as its polish was worn down to a dull finish. Staff made experience feel rushed for table turnover. We needed to use cell phones light to see menu. Lastly food felt like it was out off a cruise lines kitchen done in bulk vs prepared by Michelin rated chefs individually. Our risotto would have been thrown in the face of the chefs on the show as the lobster literally looked like it was chewed prior by a dog then topped on a starchy pasty risotto vs a creamy rich risotto. Never again. Will rather go to a restaurant actually ran by a real chef.

    Great service. Staff is incredible. Bartender was wonderful prior to our reservation seating. Meal was terrific. It would have been a perfect night had we not been seated near what appeared to be two customers putting on some loud dine and dash act that disrupted the ambiance. I felt sorry for the table of five or six next to them who got the brunt of it.

    Really memorable meal! Everything from the cocktails to appetizers to entrees was superb! The rack of lamb was the best I have ever had and the desserts were divine! Definitely would go back!

    The casino you go through to get to HK was so run down and in such poor condition it was very off putting. The amount of cigarette smoke you had to go through was disgusting. For these reasons alone we won’t be coming back. There a lot of other great restaurants that don’t require having to go through that to get to. Our waiter and all staff did a great job and the food was very good. We had a really nice dinner. However, we both thought the hype did not live up to the reality and we won’t be back but glad we went once.

    Obviously, expensive because of the celebrity aspect but the food was amazing. As a Hell’s Kitchen fan, I did not like that I could not see the full kitchen and cooks w/the head chef at the pass, that I learned was not Kori Sutton. That was a disappointment. Otherwise, Chef Ramsey ‘s standards were well kept.

    Dining here was a fun experience. Since we are big GR fans, we thought it would be interesting to dine at Hell's Kitchen. Shawn, our server, was excellent. He was attentive and made wonderful suggestions. The food was well prepared and courses were well timed. We never felt rushed despite the fact of a crowded restaurant. Very high energy atmosphere may have been too noisy for some but that was not an issue for us. The four large TVs broadcasting baseball games was the big negative for us and we are sports fans. However good food and good service triumph.

    Service was very bad. Received first course before the beverages. Took 15 minutes to make our order. Second course took another 45 minutes. What should have been a 1 hour dinner for 3 took 1 hour and 40 minutes. Waiter did provide free desserts and free entree due to all the mistakes and slow service.

    Overall the dinner was very good. We truly enjoyed the food and the toffee dessert was exceptional. The one draw back was the casino feel to all of it. There could have been a much better design of the layout to separate it from the casino. We could still smell cigarette smoke(by far the worst thing about casino's) even while sitting at our table.

    Sister and I had a wonderful evening. My 8 month old came with us and all the servers walked nearby to smile at her. My sister and I shared several dishes and spent more than 2 hours eating. They went out of their way to find a small spoon for my daughter to share in the meal also. The Beef Wellington was the best, but the lamb was almost as good. The Mac and cheese was amazing. I’m not sure I would repeat the risotto but will be back to taste test more.

    Food was amazing. Definitely lives up to the hype. The service was above and beyond too. It was a little noisy at first but did not take away from the overall experience. And it is truly an experience. Would recommend anyone who is going to be in the area to make a reservation and enjoyed it first hand.

    We did the fix price menu with the wine paring. The scallops and the Beef Wellington was excellent. We wish that they would have included a salad and a appratizer in the fixed menu. NOT EITHER OR.... Should have read the menu more closely . The wine paring was good. Food was very good and the service was excellent. Considering the cost ! $150.00 per person, I think they should have included a salad and appetizer Both.

    Everything’s worth it except the waiter that’s different treatment with us. He’s unfriendly compared to other customers he’s assisting with. We didn’t like him, but the foods were exceptional!

    This was our second time visiting this location. Our reservation was at 5:15 and we were served within 5 minutes of ordering and out by 5:40. We felt very rushed to eat and get out. Getting the last bite onto the fork and there was already someone trying to take the plate away. Didn’t feel personal like our first experience. Likely will never go back or recommend again.

    It was really loud, volume level, of everyone talking over each other. Also for the amount you’re paying for a dinner it didn’t feel like it was really posh or even hip to be there as people were allowed to wear whatever they wanted. A dress code of somewhat needs to be enforced at the least. I at least worn a golf polo and Izod shorts and the rest that were there were so mishmash and poorly dressed that I rather eat at a taco truck if that is the expectation.
