Staff was very nice and great at describing the dishes. PAN SEARED SCALLOPS were slightly warm. I sent back for hot ones. Serving was very light, not much flavor, soso/boring. PAN SEARED PORKCHOP was good, not outstanding. and a little over cooked. JIDORI CHICKEN SCALLOPINI - chicken was tough and not knocking out my taste buds. It was just ok. I ate half of it and I was hungry. CHOCOLATE SIN CAKE - Excellent! SMOKING BARREL, TOMMY'S MARGARITA, House Cab all were good. Getting drinks was slow, The restaurant was packed. WE shouldve sat at the bar. Again, your head guy was good. Older man. My bill was about $240.00 I tipped 20%. I would rather bought groceries at Whole Foods and cooked myself and had food for 2 weeks. At DFW Airport , Pappadeaux blew you away.

Not really special, but a higher end nice dinner. HC was on the list for my family. The setting was great. It was refreshing to have such great service, especially considering how bad post Covid service has become. The food was really good. My only complaint is that I just can’t afford to bring the family to these nicer restaurants more often.

Amazing beef Wellington, small scallops but cooked well, tasty cow cheek (prepared similar to braised short rib, not pictured), and sizable rich sticky toffee dessert. Attentive and knowledgeable server

Wonderful food, service and environment. We ordered lots of shared plates to taste many things- The golden beet salad, seared scallops on a butternut squash purée, lobster risotto, roasted Brussel sprouts and beef Wellington. Had to try the toffee sticky pudding for dessert and a special “note from Gordon” cocktail. Really a great dining experience.

This was my 4th time eating at Hells Kitchen. The food is never consistent. My only good dinner was at the location in Las Vegas but my first experience there was not good either. Biggest disappointment was the Caesar salad and the Jidori chicken huge disappointment. Tons of salty sauce all over it and dressing for the Caesar was runny. Shawn our server was excellent and atmosphere was very nice along with the wine glasses.

Eating Beef Wellington at HK was on my bucket list and it did not disappoint! I took my friend for a graduation celebration and we had an amazing time. The staff were engaging and courteous, and the meal was phenomenal. I can truly say it was one of my best dining experiences and I plan to take my daughter for her 8th grade graduation.

The overall experience was fair. Cocktails were good, but everything else was marginal. The Beef Wellington was the tastiest, but undercooked. The New York Strip was overcooked and tough. The brussel sprouts were undercooked and had to be sent back. They took it off the bill. Overall ambiance was underwhelming. Probably won't return because of value vs. price/quality,

Went to this restaurant last night and it was okay. At first I ordered the Tommy’s margarita and it was awful. It tastes like a cheap margarita mix was used and not a reposado, agave and lime juice margarita (which is what the menu states). I am an avid margarita drinker and I couldn’t have more than 4 sips without setting it aside! The service was okay, but there were a lot of misses. I got the pre fix with the wine pairing. I got the scallops app which was supposed to come with a sparkling brut. Instead they just served me the Chardonnay without even mentioning they were out of the sparkling wine. Now I really dislike Chardonnay and had to tell the waitstaff I didn’t want it, I prefer a sparkling. To me that’s unacceptable, if you have paired a dish with a sparkling wine wouldn’t you readjust the pairing with something you do have in stock that’s similar or at the very least notify me as a customer that you are out of stock rather than just assuming I won’t say something and push the Chardonnay on me. We also got the Waygu meatballs and the lobster risotto apps. The lobster risotto was delicious and the best I’ve had, the meatballs were good but the polenta croutons just didn’t land well with the marinara sauce. Next we got the beef Wellington which was absolutely stellar and perfectly cooked! The wine paired with the dish was incredible. The wild mushrooms were great but the Mac and cheese sucked and was not worth ordering. A negative for service was we were not asked if we wanted dessert or coffee after our dinners were cleared. We had to ask. For dessert we got the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate cake, both were 100/10. Absolutely delicious and really the showstoppers. The coffee was Luke warm and once I added cream it was cold, not great. Another negative is all our empty glasses were left on the table throughout our whole sitting. Overall it was a 50/50 experience, but agree for a $400+ meal the experience and most of the food was not worth the price.

This experience was a little underwhelming. At a G.R Hells Kitchen the expectation is high. That expectation was met when we visited the Vegas location, however this visit was a little disappointing. Friends who visited the night before felt the same way. The famous Gordon Ramsey scallops were cooked a little over. The Beef Wellington was not prepared as well as the one we had in Vegas. The pork chop was a little chewy. I know pork can be tricky but you expect excellence here. The good: the sticky toffee pudding was excellent “again”! The Brussels sprouts were recommended by our server and they were hit of the meal. Drinks were excellent! The timing was off and we ended waiting for our courses a little too long, 2 hour meal!

Definitely less of an experience than expected from this chef. Food tasted more like commercial, Disney-esque, as opposed to bespoke / gourmet. Dirty plates were left on the table during every course. It would take a lot of convincing to get me back at a Ramsey restaurant.

Only one of the staff--the incredible gentleman delivering water throughout the meal--smiled throughout the meal, made jokes, and acted like a human. The remaining staff were stiff, robotic, low-energy servers with lackluster service. The food was incredible, as always, but the staff were undeserving of the honor of working at Gordan Ramsay. Fire them all, promote the water boy, and hire capable, courteous staff.

The dress code called for business casual. However, there were several people that honestly looked like they rolled out of bed. For the price of the food and the experience I believe dress code should be strictly enforced. Our server was Alex, seemed like he was rushing through the menu with us. Was just there because he had to be. The kitchens was nothing like the show and we didn’t even know where our food was coming from. Didn’t even see the chef to ask how things were but that bill sure was 400 dollars. If I spend this kind of money, I expect too notch food and service. I’m sure Ramsey would not be happy with this restaurant or review.

All good suggestions were delicious!! Shrimp cocktail, Brussels sprouts, scallops, cauliflower, mushrooms, quinoa, salmon and chicken. Sticky toffee pudding was the icing on the cake!
