Our waitress was great. Very professional and attentive. The menu was lacking for variety. The Beef Wellington is served medium rare only. The vegan menu is sparse and portions are small. The scallops are very good. The sweet pudding is worth going just for dessert! The chicken dish is excellent.

Absolutely love coming here! We’ve been to the one in Las Vegas and had to come to this one and it did not disappoint. The service was the best and the food delicious. My only complaint was a customer who got rude with staff which they handled him very well it bothered me because the staff was so nice and friendly and they didn’t deserve that. If I come back to Tahoe I’d more than likely return to eat here.

Overall a very exciting experience. If you’re a fan and want to taste Gordon’s specialties it’s a great option. Food was quite tasty, loved everything. Did the 3 course menu with side orders of ny strip and lobster risotto. None disappointed and the toffee pudding was completely off the charts, one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. The waiter suggested the smoking barrel cocktail for me since I’m a bourbon guy, they also substituted the rye with Buffalo trace and like everything else it was amazing down to the presentation. Even my wife liked it and she doesn’t drink.

I ordered the fixed price 3 course meal with the wine pairing and it was fabulous! I was so full by dessert but couldn't let anything go to waste because it tasted like heaven.
Restaurant was busy and buzzing with people enjoying their meal and I did not mind it. This is not a quiet dinner house.
Service was great also and our waiter Dan was knowledgeable about menu and very attentive to all of his tables.

Great food and craft cocktails. Our server was knowledgeable and fun. I would definitely go back for every day dining. The bar is perfect for a drink and appetizer!

Had reservations for 7pm, we were seated immediately upon check in. I decided not to get the pre fixed menu and opted for the meatball appetizer, the beef Wellington, and chocolate sin cake for dessert. The meatballs were okay, the beef Wellington was pretty good. I wouldn't get the sin cake again. My husband got the prefixed menu and said it was all delicious. Scallops for an appetizer, beef Wellington for his main, and the sticky toffee dessert. We each had one drink. Total for tonight was about 250.

If you're curious, not everyone was dressed up. I felt over dressed. I saw someone in basket ball shorts and a t-shirt. Most people were in jeans and a t-shirt. So don't feel like you need to get dressed up.

The food is ok not worth the price. They got our orders wrong. They had to corrected not once but twice. We had to keep asking for our food. Not the best experience. I was expecting, the food to be amazing. Very disappointed

We have been here five times and all five times the food has been exceptional. The lobster risotto, scallops, beef Wellington… outstanding. They took the beet salad and the Brussels sprouts off menu but they were delicious! Will be back in a few weeks! Yum!

My husband and I celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary last night. Our whole restaurant experience was AWESOME! We are HUGE fans of the show and cannot wait to come back!

We had a great experience at Hells Kitchen. My daughter didn't like any choice on the menu so she ordered mac and cheese. The waiter was so good. He was very patient with her and offered alternatives. He recommended chicken breast with that or lobster tail. You should have seen her face at the lobster choice. She was delighted. It wasn't even on the menu. Thank you for your help with my picky eater. All our food was cooked perfectly and seasoned fantasticly. I was surprised when the bill was so reasonable. Great experience. I will come back.

Highly disappointed in the quality of the food here. As a vegetarian, I was highly excited at seeing the dedicated vegetarian and vegan menu that was available and given Gordon Ramsay's reputation, I had high hopes. Those hopes were dashed after taking the first bite or various dishes including the risotto, tofu scallops, beluga lentils, corn and Mac and cheese. Every dish lacked flavor and was missing even the most basic of spices or salt, except in the kale of the beluga lentils which had too much salt. The corn elote was decent but even then I've had better on the street and for the price point of nearly $15 I would hope for better. The only saving grace in terms of the food was the sticky toffee pudding which was delicious but in my opinion fails to compensate for the lackluster performance of the rest of the meal. The service was excellent but otherwise the ambiance and noise make for a rather flat experience. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning any time soon.

Our server was amazing!! The food was good, but we felt it was a bit overpriced for what you got. The New York strip was a very good steak, but not worth 65...maybe 40, and value would have been rated higher. Beef wellington was amazing, but 50 would have been fair. Scallops were overpriced for what you got, and the risotto was good, but not 30 dollars good.

If you spend $280 on one meal, it should blow your mind with every bite.

Overall, good food, but the prices should be rounded down and not up. Was unable to replace Kru (Sacramento) as our favorite. Had high hopes....

It was fantastic! The food was as advertised! It was my wife’s birthday and they were out of the little birthday sample of dessert
So they were nice enough to give us the signature pudding and it was the best after dinner dessert we’ve ever had! Waitress was great as well! We will be back for sure.

We were expecting an elevated dining experience, based on prices and learned the expensive way that this this Hell's Kitchen what not what we were expecting at all. Here is the breakdown, very simply, based on our experience:
Highlights:
Beef Wellington
Oysters on the half shell
Grilled Shrimp Ceasar
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Cocktails were great too

Lowlights:
It was loud
People were absolutely packed in the restaurant and we were no more than 18-24 inches from the tables around us, which put intimate conversation on hold
There were four televisions playing sports above the bar
Our buts were not even in our seats before the waitress was asking what we wanted to drink (had not even opened the drink menu)
When served our drinks we were asked what we want for dinner and we had to explain that our plan was to take our time.
They were turning over tables so fast, it was a turn and burn environment, not the $300 dinner experience we planned (that was roughly our tab for two)
There was not enough sauce for my steak or the Beef Wellington-the first few bites were amazing, then you had to lean on that memory for the rest of your meal.
At no point within the first 15-20 minutes of our food coming out by someone who was not our server, did anyone come ask how it was or if we needed anything. I needed salt on my steak (bummer).
The $14 side order of mushrooms were to spicy to eat.
When I asked if I could change one of my sides to the mac and cheese I was told no because the dishes were ready already. So, it just sucked to be the silly customer paying $300 dollars for my dinner.
Frankly, if we are going to spend that kind of money, we want an experience to accompany great food, otherwise, the food doesn't seem as great.
All that said, I would rate my experience there a 5 out of 10.

This was our 2nd time visiting this restaurant. We are big fans of the TV show Hell’s Kitchen, but unfortunately it was not a very good experience either time.
During our first visit the food was cold and we were told there was no coffee available.
On our trip tonight the restaurant was very loud, service was slow, and the food was under seasoned. The sticky toffee dessert were excellent and was the best part of the meal.

This visit was a celebration with friends for my husbands birthday, and was very satisfying in all areas. We have eaten in several of Gordon Ramsey's restaurants in various countries, and the food here was just as delicious as I remember. Hard to beat a perfectly cooked Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding! Our server was delightful and efficient, and very busy. One comment I would make is that the Foie Gras was delicious (small portion), but was served on top of a piece of shortbread with no sauce, so tasted a bit dry. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our evening and would recommend Hell's Kitchen without hesitation.
