                First timers - excellent service from bar to our waiter, David. Food and drinks were amazing, especially the lobster risotto and wagyu special. Timing of the entire meal from pre- check in to check was exceptional, a real treat even though one would expect this level at an HK restaurant. We will definitely be back here at Caesar’s Republic and will also check out the mothership, HK Vegas, next time in that town! Only knock was all the construction and restaurant layout and decor compared to Wolf was so-so….any reno update to HK CR will be nice.

                The food was good and well-prepared, but the overall experience was affected by a lack of communication from the staff. Neither the person who brought the food nor the server took the time to explain what each dish was. As a result, we found ourselves repeatedly asking, “What is this?” or “What is that?” It left us feeling a bit disconnected from the dining experience, especially at a restaurant of this caliber where you expect a bit more guidance and presentation. A little more attentiveness and detail from the service team would have made a big difference.

                Food was overpriced and lacked unique or exciting flavors. Our steak was raw. We had to send it back, which I never do, but I could not justify spending the money for something I would t eat. It came back still undercooked. Side dishes were delicious and my mocktail was great. Management bought us dessert for the steak mishap which was amazing, the sticky bread is awesome. But it was our first wedding anniversary and it was a let down. We wished we had ate ate next door at Wolf. We did appetizers there and it was just night and day. Wolf has a beautiful atmosphere and delicious food.

                Hells Kitchen is an amazing place to go for checking off that bucket list item. The service, food, and ambiance are great. The pricing is really what you would expect for a Ramsey restaurant, it is indeed a luxury priced experience. Even at the price point, if you are looking to have the experience... You need to go at least once.

                Very low stress and quiet environment. Food trended on the bland side for taste, just a little more seasoning needed.

                We had an excellent dinner here. Friendly & efficient service, delicious cocktails and food. As repeat guests of various Hell’s Kitchen Restaurants, we love the consistency of service & food quality. Overall it was an expensive dinner but delicious!
