   We visited again Memorial Day, on the last night of vacation. Heather was our server. She has been there for over 4 years. She is an excellent server, knowledgeable about the menu and passionate about the food. She is able to discuss the entire menu and make recommendations. We had the Early Dinner Experience, starting with the Corn Chowder and the Caesar Salad. It was the best Caesar I’ve ever had. Course two was the Beef Wellington, which is “must try” and is wonderful every time, and the Braised Short Ribs, served over a potato croquette with a wonderful Demi glacé sauce over it all. You don’t need a knife to eat it, as it is so tender. It is EXCELLENT! Finally, the Sticky Toffee Pudding with the most delicious ice cream on top. The wine list and drink menu is diverse. Try the 100-Years Of Port sometime. If you like port this is a great way to sample a tawny 10, 20, 30 and 40-year port. Hell’s Kitchen Tahoe is consistent in excellence and never disappoints.

   I took my son and grandson and their wives out for dinner last night. My grandson is a fan of the show so it was a really special event for them. The food was much better than I expected considering how much hype there is around this place. Among the six of us we tried the seared scallops, tuna tartar, beef Wellington, broiled swordfish and the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was excellent. The pudding was too heavy of a dessert after such a big meal (Just my opinion). The Beef Wellington was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever tasted. Service was ever-present and outstanding. Atmosphere could be improved a bit, but Harvey's is undergoing major renovation so it gets a pass.

   We had my husbands birthday dinner here and the food was amazing. Our server was wonderful and made suggestions from the menu. Everything came out yummy. It did not disappoint.

   Everything was outstanding. From start to finish, the food kept getting better and better. The meatballs were amazing, as was the lobster risotto. The beef wellington has a reputation for a reason. The meat was perfectly cooked and practically melts in your mouth. And the desserts were well worth the feeling of being stuffed. The blueberry and lemon custard cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding were a perfect finish to an amazing meal. Shoutout to Nelson for being an amazing waiter as well!

   We’ve been to Hells Kitchen many times and while it was good it wasn’t the same standards as it usually is. The lobster in the lobster risotto was chewy and the scallops were good but not great. Our steaks were good but I got mine Oscar style and found a few shells in my crab. All and all our server was amazing but we expect a higher standard when coming here.

   Our dinner was excellent. Our waiters name was Walter and he was attentive. He gave us lots of suggestions on dinner. My husband had the NY steak and it was prepared perfectly. I had the jidori chicken scallopini and it was quite yummy. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

   It is THE BEST food! We always have the Lobster Risotto, the Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding. It never disappoints. The customer service is excellent!
