Wonderful. Took a while to get a weekend reserved. The host and front people are not welcoming but our waitress and the wait staff was wonderful. The food was great.

A bit pricey but the food is amazing as you would expect having Gordon Ramsey's name attached to it. Must try the lobster risotto, pumpkin soup and the sticky toffee pudding. The beef wellington melts in your mouth! Overall great experience. The staff was wonderful and service great even during covid precautions.

We had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen to celebrate my Granddaughters next day wedding. The foos was the BEST any of us have ever had. The staff surprised us with a dessert to celebrate the wedding. That was so kind!

Our server was superb. The food was awesome. They only problem we had was the hostess. They only take reservations for 4 max. Problem is I have 3 kids. So it would be a table for 5. 2 Adults, 2 kids and a baby. She refused to accommodate us. We sat at a table for 4 with my baby daughter sitting on my lap. After an hour of waiting for our food I gave my seat up for my daughter and was just standing next to her. The busboy noticed this and offered to get me a chair to sit on. I told him that it was ok since the hostess refused to accommodate us. Him and the waitress went out of their way and brought me a chair to sit and we enjoyed our meal. The food was very good and my kids devoured their meals.

They had headbanger music playing so loud you couldn’t talk to the person next to you. Service wasn’t worth going there, you would enjoy McDonald’s more. I do have to say the beef was cooked right and was hot, don’t bother with appetizers not worth the money, pudding was delicious! Gave them 4 stars for the food, you might be better ordering to go and enjoy eating it elsewhere

Scallop appetizer was dry and very thin. I was told there is five scallops but it was more like two. They were thin, sort of chewy and not very tasty. We were disappointed because we are fans of seared scallops. Our chicken scallopine dish was dry and not very tasty (not scallopine we are used to). The crispy skin salmon was okay but again not very tasty. The special dessert that Gordon Ramsey is noted for was very good so the dinner ended well. Disappointed since we were so looking forward to trying a new restaurant. We probably should have tried the beef wellington so that was our mistake.

Overall, this restaurant was outstanding! From the service, to the food, everything was excellent. When the hostess sat us, they came around with napkins to set our masks down! How thoughtful. They made sure all the tables were spaced out perfectly for social distancing. The lighting, noise and ambience was wonderful. You voile hardly tell you were in a casino in Tahoe. Our waitress was super nice and answered all the questions my grandma asked about Gordon himself 🤣. Everything we ate, I wanted to lick the plate clean, that’s how wonderful it was. We had the lobster risotto for an appetizer. It was so good we ate it in about 10-20 seconds. Then we each had the beef Wellington. And i honestly was expecting a tiny piece. When it came out, it was a really good size portion for the price! I scraped off every piece of food from my plate. The beef cut like BUTTER. My grandma used her butter knife instead of her steak knife, that’s how well it cut. It was my birthday, so they gave me a small sticky toffee pudding with a candle, and boy it was the best desert i tasted in my life. We also ordered the peanut butter cheesecake and that was to die for as well. The deserts were HUGE. Definitely shareable. We each had a cocktail, and they were so nice looking, and tasted wonderful. Definitely worth the money. Again, I say, The Whole experience there was excellent. I want to go back there real soon!

Service good
Very very expensive. For 4 it was 525 and that was w 2 cocktails between 4 people. I asked well done on steak. They wouldn’t let me have the beef Wellington well done talked me into the filet. W 31$ extra baby lobster tail and no butter which was 4 or 5 mini bites. The steak was not even med well it was raw ate a couple bites. The Mac cheese was blah stoffers was better. Every thing was not hood at all The bottle was was exceptional at 10 $ a bottle and I do have to say the toffee desert was good. Maybe next time i go I’ll save myself 500$ abd just have the bottle water and desert

The food was mostly good but the service was horrible. I ordered the prixe fixed menu. The scallops were not at all like you see on the show. It’s almost like they cut them in half so they were extremely thin. Good, but not as I expected. And we received better service from the bus boy than the waiter. I would think Gordon would be disappointed.

Third time to Hells Kitchen and it's been great each time, I will say it was a better experience before Covid19 but it is what it is. The lobster risotto is the bomb!

The food and drinks were amazing and our server was spectacular. The only think I wish was that you could see into the kitchen. Other than that perfect! My suggestion is to have the money to spend (so you can try as much as possible) and go with people who will share there meals.

Our evening was enjoyable and the food delicious. We had a reservation at 5:15 and they were running 20 minutes late. The host was non-personable in relaying they information.
Our server, Dave, was delightful and professional...we enjoyed him!

The food was very tasty. However, we did not realize that such a well acclaimed, expensive restaurant would be located in a Sports Bar. The atmosphere was disappointing. This was a Birthday celebration dinner that we dressed up for in elegant attire. Also, the service was mediocre. The waiter forgot to fulfill several of our requests. We will not recommend this restaurant and will not return.

We made reservations at the end of July for October for our son’s birthday. He is an aspiring chef and wanted to see how Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant presented everything and how the cuisine would taste. We arrived a little early so waited off to the side to social distance and were called in about 10 minutes later. They walked us through the restaurant and into a closet of a room with no windows, an exit door and one other sad table in a side room. My wife immediately asked for us to be moved so we wouldn’t miss the vibe of the restaurant and activities and thankfully they acquiesced and moved us to a much better table. We ordered some oysters, lobster risotto and scallops to start and I ordered a cherrywood smoked bourbon concoction that was amazing! My wife ordered a filet mignon, our son ordered the salmon and I had a NY Steak. We ordered three sides: mushrooms, corn and creamed potatoes. All were very tasty, and we shared bites with each other. All in all, the salmon won the best taste. It literally melted in your mouth and had an amazing sauce drizzled over it. Dessert was a toffee pudding that was delicious and memorable although we already had dinner go boxes and couldn’t really finish desert. The menu upon our dining was very slimmed down (COVID menu). The meal was great though besides the first seating in a side closet. We will try this place again after they have their full menu back.

Honestly my only suggestion to make things better would be to turn down the music a tad. Otherwise, the service was great, everything was sparkling clean, the food was some of the best I've ever had in my life, and I plan to be back!

The food was outstanding once we made it to the Prix Fixe portion of the evening. We started with Oysters which were good, but unremarkable and unnecessary for the price considering the portion sizes of the rest of the dishes were enough to fill us up after a day of hiking. The Smoking Barrel cocktail is delivered from a smoke filled case which is a fun touch.

The atmosphere is great even during COVID and the tables are spaced comfortably. The service was excellent and all the staff appeared to be keeping their masks in place.

The bill is of course on the high end ($270 with tip for two), but I have never been so satisfied to pay so much for a meal.

They attempted to seat our group in a side room (converted closet?) when we first arrived (on time). We had to wait about 20 minutes before we finally got a table in the main room. Food was good but not great. Couldn’t hold a candle to the Edgewood Restaurant, a block away. Fairly disappointed.
