Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas pulls themes from all of Gordon Ramsay’s ventures incorporating the Hell’s Kitchen show, his signature items, his fiery personality and his overall brand to deliver a unique new restaurant. In order to create the experience the outlet will focus on the famous Red and Blue kitchens, show experiences, and a prominent bar that begs you to join us for a drink.

We invite you to a new culinary experience highlighting the best of Chef Gordon Ramsay's signature offerings. Our limited-time HK Summer Sampler menu, available until the end of August, showcases a collection of the most iconic Hell's Kitchen dishes. Guests will be welcomed with a HK Mimosa or Non-Alcoholic Lavender Starry. First course features a taste of our famous Pan Seared Scallops, Lobster Risotto, and Heirloom Tomato Salad. Second course showcases our "Mini" Beef Wellington, Crispy Skin Salmon, and Braised Short Rib. Last but certainly not least, the experience will finish with our specialty Sticky Toffee Pudding. Join us for this culinary medley that allows you to sit back and relax while our team guides you through a Hell's Kitchen journey! This menu is $80.95 per person. This price does not include tax and/or gratuity, payment will be collected at the restaurant. Please note that we are unable to make any substitutions/modifications to the listed offerings. Exquisite food and drinks! Lived up to the hype. Seated exactly at reservation time! Would NOT recommend paying extra for the kitchen view — at a such a distance, there was really nothing to see!

Food as usual was wonderful but prices for prices fixed meal have really increased. Waiter was very hurried due to amount of tables.

Staff is either unable to accommodate the popularity or didn’t care enough to try. Waited half hour with a reservation. Seated for 5+ minutes before staff interacted. Staff provided and charged for two appetizers when only one was asked for. Entrees came out 5+ minutes apart. Food was good but with everything else it was a completely frustrating and forgettable occurrence. Nothing special. Eat anywhere else.

Re-ordered the chicken and a mac & cheese might as well have ate at Cracker Barrel was about the same quality that cost me $100

Our service was outstanding, the food was great! The Beef Wellington was seemingly smaller than we expected. Overall a wonderful experience!

The food was great. The service was good at first, but went down during dinner. The server was distracted at times and we could not get his attention. We asked for no ice in our drinks and the drink server brought them with ice and then when I reminded her we didn’t want ice she seemed very annoyed. My son’s drink came back with ice still in it and it she didn’t make eye contact or smile the remainder of our service. I didn’t feel very welcomed by some of the staff. We were appropriately dressed unlike many other patrons. There were actually people in sports shorts and basketball type tank tops. I expected the dress code to be followed. I’m very glad I went but there was room for improvement. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing!

We could not have had a better experience—everything was first class! From the host team to the server Huko, wait staff and even photographer, everyone was a total pro and made sure our experience was the best. The food—amazing, of course. We had the scallops, foie grass and Caesar salad to start, followed by beef Wellington, crispy skin salmon and lamb chops for our entrees. Not only was everything cooked to perfection, it was also brought out at peak heat from the kitchen and all at once, just the right amount of time after ordering. We went at 9pm, the restaurant was still packed but we felt like we were the only ones there in terms of service and enjoyed our time at a table that overlooked the Strip. 10/10 recommended and would definitely go back!

Plates were cold One of the Steak undercooked and had to go back so by time a new one came back, I was finished mine and potatoes and asparagus were cold Booked a table window - very cold under the air conditioning Lady took photos but never returned to offer us to buy Servers seemed very non interested and made no attempt to recompense re the undercooked steak and cold food This was a special visit for my 60th but very dissapointed with the service and lack of interest in us
