Amazing! One of the best meals I’ve ever had.
The experience was awesome and our server Alex was even better.
We loved it, we will return.
Awesome service like always that’s why we go at least 3 times @ year love Hell’s Kitchen!!!
The risotto and sticky toffee pudding were excellent; however, the jidori chicken was extremely overcooked and tasted like a bland teriyaki. The Wellington was moist and extremely tender; however, it was VERY salty. The Pinot Noir was nice but with an off finish, not sure if it is worth the $19 for the glass and no discount to buy a full bottle. The ambiance is awesome, especially if you are a Gordon fan - though he was very nice, our server was not very attentive during our meal. When my guest vocalized that he did not care for the chicken, she offered to bring a sticky toffee pudding for the table - but which we were charged for.
Experience was great because of the service and food. The ambience was okay, I didn’t feel the elegance/quality on the floor and set up. Honestly, maybe I just had higher expectations on this place...it was more like just a tourist everyday restaurant kind of thing. The wine by the glass pour is also ridiculously expensive for the amount it’s given to guests, it just didn’t feel right. Besides that, we had a great service and food is delicious.
Overall really great, but probably like most, I expected something much greater. The good was very good, portions were good, service next to none. Price was insane, but how often can you say i ate at Hells Kitchen? I'm happy i went, it was worth the excitement and exspense over all, even though it was a couple 3 car payments.
It was everything we were expecting and more! It was one our favorite spot on Vegas.
The food was absolutely amazing but the service was poor. There was people who came after us, received their food and left before we even got our meal. The waitress never delivered my drink or acted like she cared about our table. Even the replacement was no better.
Everything was great
Overrated, Ny strip was not even close to a decent steak, beef wellington was good, but other than that not impressed at all
HK was a good experience. The smoke on the blvd drink was presented well and very strong. The Lobster Risotto was awesome as well as the Sticky Toffee Pudding. I did not enjoy the Beef Wellington...
Excellent food and service! Will come back again. Had the prefix lunch with the beef Wellington and it was delish!
It is a great theme restaurant.
Pre fix menu might need updating.
Fun experience with excellent and friendly service. They took many precautions to keep people safe during the pandemic (using tongues to deliver utensils for example). Scallops came out with no color! Gordon would have been upset. No color, no flavor! I sent them back and they came out much better the second time. Honestly, that kind of made the Hell's Kitchen experience more authentic, but I was much nicer than Gordon. The Caesar Salad came out overdressed and probably prepared too much in advance. Way too much dressing gunk and wilting lettuce. The crispy salmon was very good, but on the verge of being undercooked. The Beef Wellington was excellent, but arrived warm, not hot. Probably sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The side of Mexican Street Corn was very good and memorable and a generous portion. The sticky toffee pudding was pretty good ... prepared very well, but didn't knock my socks off. Overall, a fun experience and I don't regret it. It felt like a bit of an assembly line experience with the hits and misses .. things prepared too far in advance and losing track of timing. A little pricey for that, but it seems like they can get away with it considering the theme. I definitely felt like they were making a sincere effort to produce good food and give us a good experience.
First daddy daughter date, excellent service. We tried all the dishes we had seen on the show and they did not disappoint.
Best beef Wellington ever!!! Loved loved the food
