   Short rib was a bit salty and the chicken was dry. The beef wellington was very good. Service was outstanding. The restroom was not very clean.

   Lived up to my expectations for sure. Marina was excellent with service. Risotto and Wellington were phenomenal and the coconut 3 ways dessert was out of this world!

   The food was great and worth the money but the establishment was not at all what i expected. There is no dress code and people were literally dining in flip flops and tanks. The noise level is very loud and you can’t really have a conversation or hear the waiters. The tables are super close to each other so your privacy feels invaded. The merch for sale felt tacky as if i was at a cheesecake factory and not an exclusive chef restaurant. the waiter rushes you as there is a lot of turnover and they are trying to get people seated and make their money.

    The beef Wellington is super tasty but overpriced. The scallops were ok. The dessert is pretty good. The options are very limited but you should find something you'll like. My bestie ordered a few sides and that worked for her.

    We had reservations for 8pm and was told they were very prevalent about their reservations and not be late and we finally got seated at 9! Love Gordon Ramsey and watch the show faithfully but will not be back because of the wait time with reservations!!!

    Our server was the best part of our visit. Four people in the party were not impressed with the food quality compared to our previous experience at HK Las Vegas. Need to update the menu. We tried new items this time since we had the traditional Wellington last time. The short rib was just ok. The chicken was just “off”, but perhaps the truffle flavor was just overpowering.

    The food was absolutely outstanding! Hot food was steaming! Beet salad was excellent. If only it wasn’t impossibly loud - to the point you couldn’t hear each other. Plus we were next to the waiters station so extra chaotic.

    Service was not what you would expect from a "nice" restaurant. The scallops and sticky toffee pudding were the only decent parts about the visit. The server was short with answers and it's probably the first time I've left less than 20% for a tip. The Lobster Risotto was overpowered with truffle oil.

    Based off assumptions from the television show I went in thinking it would be over priced and over hyped but the food was very good. The beef wellington, smoked old fashioned, and the mac and cheese was all amazing. Unfortunately I don’t know if it was from the steak or macaroni but my wife did catch a bit of a stomach but after coming back from lunch. Otherwise no complaints

    It was our first time and was really looking forward to eating at Hell’s Kitchen that I reserved for more than a month. I had very high expectations based on videos and reviews from food critiques… but I was disappointed. First, the scallops looked like they have been seared much earlier and been sitting there, they looked dry. Not the look of just seared and buttery. Taste was just ok. The dessert just tasted like a banana bread, wet with too much sweet caramel sauce and topped with a scoop of ice cream. The presentation was plain, like serving at home in a small shallow brown cereal bowl which had the same color as the bread. No garnishings, no nuts or even a dusting of whatever to create a texture. Could have been served in a big white plate, deep in the middle where the dessert is placed. However, I must say, the Beef Wellington was great! Cooked just right, medium rare, the sauce complements it and the presentation was great. The servers were polite and the place was huge and nice inside. Another good point that I must mention was that the tip was based on total before tax. Gordon Ramsey should have a surprise visit with the food already served on the table before he appears to eat.     We booked a reservation online for my Girlfriends birthday dinner. Upon arrival, we were impressed by everyone’s professionalism. Our waiter was very attentive in the beginning, we got an app and ordered entrees at once. Also I got a beer. After getting my beer, we received our scallops. From then on, we were not checked on by our server at all until it was time for dessert. There was a young man who continuously filled our waters and was way more attentive than our actual server. Once we got our entrees, it was a little disappointing to see that the Filet didn’t come with a side. The quality just wasn’t worth the value,though it tasted fair. I was never asked if I wanted another beer, and I never got the opportunity to ask for one considering he was never present. We got the sticky toffee pudding and it was delicious. We waited for the server to bring the check for about 20 minutes. Once we received the bill we waited another 15 for him to pick it up. And around that same time to bring the receipt back. Overall food was good wouldn’t say work the the value nor the experience.

    Hells kitchen was everything I imagined and dreamed it would be the food the service the experience was fantastic. I was however. Taking back that the dress code was not enforced. This place is that amazing experience. So many people nice and presentable. It was sad to see that others wore T-shirts, Shorts, team jerseys. Website has a dress code listed.
