Hell's Kitchen - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
The food was amazing. The service was excellent. Drinks are excellent, y'all gotta try the Note from Gordon. New York strip was so tender, and the Beef Wellington was just fabulous. Definitely recommend and will go back again. It was a great way to end a honeymoon trip.
Excellent service and delicious food!
Food was outstanding. Best scallops and lobster risotto was to die for. Did lunch careful on the deserts they are huge, recomend sharing
Our server James was great. We arrived early and sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. He answered all our questions. The prix fixe menu is the way to go. Both the sticky toffee pudding and the peanut butter fudge cheesecake were so good!!
When you walk in you can watch a video of Gordon making fun of the mistakes restaurants make on their food... ironic. Crunch risotto, cold scallops, poor cuts of meat. This place is banking off the tv show to bring people in. And that it does. But...Save your money and go somewhere else.
My wife as a celiac was able to eat safely and the staff was very knowledgeable on her allergies and what she could have.
The seafood tower, my husband’s lamb and toffee cake was excellent. My braised short ribs was not good. It tasted a little brunt and lack of seasoning.
Great restaurant! The atmosphere and the food was amazing. I could have not thought of a better place to celebrate my birthday for brunch!
It was awful. The food was terrible especially the beef Wellington it was cold and tasted awful. It was not a good piece of meat.
Excellent food, hell's burger perfect. Beef wellingtons great, mushrooms a bit earthy. Though.
The food was absolutely delicious. I honestly have nothing bad to say about my experience there. I would recommend the potato purée as a must have. The service was text book and the food came out fast. Everything was cooked to perfection
I was served chicken that was still pink. My wife's dinner was good and they gave us a complimentary desert. The risotto was warm but good I guess!
The experience at Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen Las Vegas was truly one of a kind. We were seated in full view of the kitchen (which we loved) so we could watch them work their magic. There is alternate seating around the restaurant where you might not have a full kitchen view, but would have windows looking out onto the strip.
They truly are a team: from hostesses, to wait-staff, to chefs. We had reservations (recommended), arrived 15mins early and were promptly seated. Wait-staff were attentive and anticipated every need; drink refills (water, tea, etc.) magically appeared before we realized we needed more. We had ample time to eat our meals and felt no rush to finish. It was a very relaxed and wonderful evening.
Food is fantastic!!! Menu is exactly what you’d expect if you watch Hell’s Kitchen on TV. Most popular items are available (like the Wellington, lobster risotto, pan seared scallops, etc.) Order a variety off the menu or one of two pre-fixe options (3- or 5- courses); each with wine pairings available. One in our party ordered a pre-fixe option (3 course) while the rest of us ordered a variety off the menu (but we taste tested each other’s food, lol.) The sticky toffee pudding for dessert is a MUST.
We also had the absolute pleasure of meeting Season 17 winner and head chef Michelle Tribble, who came to our table and took pictures with us. Dining here is a “must” for fans of both Hell’s Kitchen the show and Chef Gordon Ramsay in general. I can’t say enough how great it was! Will absolutely return in the future.
Ordered from a vegan menu that was absolutely disgusting. The tofu scallops were tasteless and the tofu hadn't even been pressed. The sauce was even less tasteless if possible. The dish was sent back but not before the server said I tried to tell you! The vegan risotto was only a slight step up from baby food in texture and extremely bland. The red quinoa salad was just that - 2 cups of red quinoa mounded on a plate with a slight spattering of apple and rubbery dried fruit.
My husband, who is not vegan had the lunch special with the caesar salad. The salad was unevenly dressed, had the core of the romaine intact and what appeared to be the heels of dried out bread. Nothing else - not even shaved parm! The Wellington and I'll quote him directly "it was cooked decently but had no flavor. I could have bought a steak from Walmart and it would have had more taste than that." The sticky toffee he had for dessert he won't even discuss. All in all, we tried it but for 140.00, we expected a lot more. Next time we'll go to McDonald's, at least they know what salt is.
The food was excellent! We had the lunch menu with the wine pairing and we left sated and happy. Great waitstaff and wonderful view of the Las Vegas strip.
Our reservation was for 3:00pm. We did not get seated until 3:30pm. We ordered our food and did not get our food to the table until 4:30pm. During this time the waiter did not check in or let us know the status of the food, or even let us know the kitchen was running behind. In fact the waiter appeared to be avoiding our table while we were waiting. When the food arrived my steak was cooked perfect but was very bland. My friend ordered the salmon and said the same, bland. Once our plates were cleared we were ready for the check and instead of asking if we wanted dessert the wait automatically brought over a dessert menu. When we declined it took another 15 minutes to bring the bill. After receiving the bill we saw the water was $10 a bottle. I find this ridiculous as the water came to us opened and 99% of restaurants offer complimentary water. Or even complimentary bread once you sit down at the table. This restaurant definitely heavily relies on its name as opposed to service and quality to draw its customers. Overall a very poor experience and a lot of time wasted.
Great food. Great restaurant. Long wait even with reservation but worth it
I was disappointed with the beef Wellington, it was overcooked could of been better.
Steak was a little hurt but overall it was great. A little loud as well
Food was well prepared but bland. Still worth it for the full experience.
The experience was next to none! The service was supreme! The scallops, meatballs and sticky toffee pudding made the trip worth it! The beef Wellington and short ribs were decent but I wouldnt be dying to have them again.
Beef Wellington is a must!
The service was amazing and the food was outstanding! Highly recommend!
While the food was good, the prices were ridiculously high. Could have received same quality elsewhere for a lower price that would include sides. Glad to have experienced it, but will not be returning.
Was an amazing experience, I have seen every season so i just had to experience it, was definitely worth it. Only unfortunate part was our table had no view of the kitchen was a little disappointing. Hope to be able to eat at more of Chef Gordon's restaurants, a true fan that loves to cook.
The food was overpriced and overrated. Our waitress only came by once after we had already finished eating so we were only able to have one beverage.
Gorgeous restaurant, personable hostesses, knowledgeable servers, and to-die-for food. We were so excited we were able to get a table on this Friday afternoon. It was a wonderful way to celebrate a birthday!
The best lunch ever. The staff was top notch
The food was delicious, everything was perfected. The staff, Britne made our experience absolutely wonderful and was very attentive to our needs. We loved the free birthday treat! And the drinks were incredible. This did not disappoint.
Great place, great experience, very nice and friendly stuff work there.
We had a late reservation so that may have been the service issue, the food was excellent, the service very very mediocre. We really felt like a burden to our server.
The New York strip was delicious & cooked exactly how I asked. Fun atmosphere and great service! Will definitely return!
Been wanting to visit this place for a long time just to see if the food was as good as it looked from the actual show. It did not disappoint although it was a bit pricey but hey it’s Vegas what do you expect. My only complaint is that I would have liked to sit closer to the kitchen to watch the mechanics of it all.
Only went as special occasions as very pricey. Food and staff amazing. As it was a birthday was offered free dessert for the birthday boy..
This was such an amazing experience everything was great. Our waiter was awesome and made this experience what it was he listens well and was attentive. The food was also outstanding.
What a dining experience! Excellent meal...no salt and pepper needed on these tables. We eat out frequently, but have forgotten how flavorful food should be. This meets all the criteria of a spectacular evening out. Do not miss dessert ...the sticky toffee pudding is to die for!
We chose Vegas for my wife’s 40th birthday solely to visit Hell’s Kitchen ( she’s a chef and a big fan) and it was beyond anything we expected it to be. Our server, Dion, was phenomenal. Treating us more as family then guests. The drinks and food we’re outstanding, perfectly seasoned and delicious. Dion’s recommendations and conversation made the night very special . Thank you so much Chef Michelle, Dion and everyone at Hell’s Kitchen who made this night one to remember!
In town with family and always wanted to try Hell’s Kitchen. It did not disappoint. Food was delicious and excellent service. Pan seared scallops, wagyu meatballs, beef Wellington, lobster risotto and sticky toffee pudding were all beyond excellent!!
The service Was excellent but a little rushed ( we had reservations but there was a line of people waiting to get in) The food was very very good. The noise level was a little high but it is an energetic restaurant. If you’re looking for a new dining experience in Vegas - give it a try!!!
Best meal I have ever had. It will put a major dent in your pocket book, though. For me, it was worth every penny.
