   Delightful dining experience. Hostess was kind and welcoming. Our server that took over for our first server was amazingly attentive and personable. Food was delicious. Great dining experience. Make reservations early!!

   We were celebrating my birthday, my moms, my daughter & son! We made a reservation and practically had no wait, we arrived 10 mins early. We had Braised short rib, crispy salmon and chicken entree all we incredibly DELICIOUS! I wanted the beef Wellington but you can only get it medium rare due to the pastry. I’m not a fan of rare meat, so that was disappointing. NOW….that Sticky pudding was freaking AMAZING!!!!! Just dam GOOD!!!!

   Service was awesome! The food was amazing! Special occasions or just to experience definitely worth it. Expect to be about 90+ a person if you wanna try app,entree and dessert.

   The food was sublime. We arrived early and was able to be seated 45 minutes before our reservation time. Service was good, but the waiter forgot to bring my friend’s coffee with our dessert. Definitely will eat here again!

    I love risotto so I almost always order risotto when it’s offered. Lobster risotto was really tasty but the portion was small since it’s in the appetizer section. I wish they have it as entree. Crispy skin salmon was ok. The skin was definitely crispy but I have had better salmon. It was a little bland. I hope it came with some kind of sauce. The highlight was the dessert coconut 3 way. Presentation was gorgeous. Passion fruit caramel goes so well with the coconut ice cream. I could have it every day. Didn’t really get the coconut cake. Not sure if it actually in it. My family had the prefixed dinner. They all liked the beef Wellington. It was very tender. I was expecting more flaky pastry though. The drinks were great too. My daughter really liked “Notes from Gordon”, a pleasantly surprised drink according to her.

    Beef Wellington should be prepared in different heat settings. Only choice was medium rare. Not everyone eats it like that. Other than that, 10/10 would definitely recommend!

    Waitress literally didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink other then water. When she saw we wanted to order appetizers and desserts (no entrees) it was like we were an inconvenience to her. Very disappointing as I was there with my niece for her birthday.

    I brought my 9 year old for his spring break because he really wanted to go here! The service was a little better this go round than June of 2021 when i went for my birthay. It felt a little less like a theme park. However, place had not been “kept up.” Bathroom sinks were not “lit up” like they had been previously and they did not have the HK pitchfork on fire as they had priviously—which was really disappointing as people come for that effect and ambiance. I Had the Prix Fixe menu which i usually have at his Restaurants: i’ve eaten at all of them in Vegas: Hell’s Kitchen, Ramsey’s Kitchen, Ramsey Steak, Gordon Ramsey Pub and Grill (also Ramsey Burger and Ramsey fish and chips) . It was notable that the Beef Wellington was 25-33% smaller than they had been in 2021–noticed this in 2023 in Ramsey Kitchen and Hell’s Kitchen. taste was good however and better cut of beef than some of the wellington’s i’d had previously. The pumpkin soup was good and presented nicely. son’s father had chicken jidori—he said it was “Apple Bee’s” good. wild mushrooms were ok. Go for the experience, the food is good but not really for the price as it goes with most things on the strip. Hopefully they have the HK lit up for you when you go!

    Everything was great except my lobster was undercooked and not edible but the risotto was excellent! I had lobster risotto, crispy salmon, pumpkin soup, Mac n cheese, and brussel sprouts.

    Overall, service was great and accommodated GF food allergies amazingly. However, the food was good but not amazing. The chicken scallopini was delicious but almost to spicy to eat, the wellington was a bit underdone for our taste, and the fish was a bit raw as well so we couldn’t finish all of it. The scallops and risotto were delicious though! Also it was SO loud inside we could barely conversate between our small group. 6.5 out of 10.

    The food was very good, the service was outstanding. The ambiance was not the best had a couple in a verbal argument next to us that the staff did nothing about. Would be nice if seating was more spread out but I understand they want to fit in as many people. I would eat here again.

    Scallops were over rated. But My husband had the 14oz NY Strip and it was perfectly cooked. I had the braised beef rib and it was very flavorful and tender. Overall it was a good experience
