Waiters very catering, neat, precise with every single thing! Very Clean! Warm Welcoming! ......Just f*&!ing PHENOMENAL!!
This is an excellent example of trading on a name. We were there for lunch. My companion ordered a wild mushroom pizza. The mushrooms were tasty, but the crust was tough and tasteless and there was not much else by way of topping. There are much better pizzas available on the Strip - far more tasty and crisp. I had a fried chicken sandwich. While the chicken fillet was ok, it had a heavy breading of plain cornmeal, dry and unpleasant in the mouth and not flavorful. The bun actually was cold although it had been turned briefly onto an electric grill and had grill marks. A finely sliced cabbage slaw topped the chicken, dressed only in oil and again not flavorful. Our server demeaned the restaurant which had occupied the space previously, and upon learning that this was our first visit he “explained” the menu to us by essentially racing through it at breakneck speed. I have rarely been in such a noisy space, however, and we couldn’t hear what he was saying. As we ordered, the waiter kept telling us he couldn’t hear us - something which was certainly not our fault. In true Vegas fashion, the meal was expensive. Unfortunately, it was memorable only for the dismissive attitude of the server and the tastelessness of the food.
The sticky toffee pudding was excellent but $20 for a burger is too pricey
Our waiter Talyor was amazing! By it been our first there he explained and asked if we had any questions. The food was amazing! It made me feel like we were really on the show, especially seeing the chefs wearing red and blue colors. If Gordon Ramsay was there that would have been the icing on the cake!!!
The waitstaff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when explaining the menu.
Awesome food and great service!
Wellington hit the spot as usual! The sticky toffee pudding, phenomenal. My husbands New York was nothing to write home about but still good.
Excellent service and meal !!!!
As a great fan of the show I finally got the chance to taste the dishes for myself (I‘m from germany) and I am deeply impressed by the Restaurant. All aspects were totally up to par and I will definatly visit again before I leave Vegas.
Everything was great except the wait to get to our table. Food, service and suggestions were perfect.
The food was amazing best steak I honestly have ever had. It melted in your mouth. And the presentation was top notch. The beef Wellington is a must have.
This experience was one to remember. Was absolutely delicious food and waiter was very pleasant. Definitely would go back again.
We had a wonderful experience at Hell’s Kitchen! From the moment we walked in till having the sticky toffee cake for dessert, it was amazing! We would definitely come back!
Unbelievable service and food. Of all the restaurants we visited during our trip, all six of us was blown away by Hell’s Kitchen. The server was on top of the service. Not one complaint during this visit.
If your a fan of the show o would recommend going.
Amazing all around!
Some dishes were great, others lacking flavor or cold. Drink was outstanding.
21st anniversary- they gave us champagne to celebrate!
Music was just little loud; not ear-splitting by any means, but made it a little difficult to talk to my date. But that's a pretty standard noise level for most places here in Vegas, so it is what it is. But the service was excellent and it was easily one of the best meals I've had. I've gone into restaurants of very well known chefs and paid for something that I really could've cook just as well myself. But Hell's Kitchen was great. I'll definitly go back again.
Food and service was great! It is just very loud and I couldn't always hear the waiter.
Fantastic. Second trip. Great food and Smoke on the Boulevard was superb. Worth every penny.
The food was amazing and so was the wine and the atmosphere. The only thing that I was surprised by was that the Hell’s Kitchen winner Michelle was out in the dining room doing laps the entire time we were there. She never went near the kitchen or checked a plate as it was coming out....at least I didn’t see her do that in the 2+ hours we were there. I know she has more to over see than just the kitchen. I was just surprised to see how long she was doing other things besides handling food. It was really neat to get to talk to her!! And as I said before the food was amazing. I could eat multiple orders of the scallops and be in heaven!!!
Great food! Great service! Doesn’t get better than this!
My wife had a sirloin steak. She ordered it medium well done. It came out well done. It was tough and grisselly, extremely hard to cut even with a steak knife. If I am going to pay $50+ for a steak I would think it should be tender enough to cut with a butter knife. I had the beef Wellington. It was excellent. It totally met my expectations.
Was the best experience. Food came out quicker then expected
First of all, the service was amazing. Making the reservation was easy, we were seated right away. The staff was very friendly. We felt like we were the only customers in there. The food was outstanding. He had beef Wellington, I had lobster risotto. The best risotto I’ve had. Plated beautifully. You will pay for this service, so don’t go in there thinking it will be a nice inexpensive meal. It was worth every dime.
Underwhelmed. Poor service. The food and cocktails were good. Wouldn’t go back
Amazing!!! Everything was incredible. The service was wonderful and the food was even better. We had the Lobster risotto and the three course lunch with the Beef Wellington. Everything was so good. Wow!
I have high expextation on beef wellington. But I think the flavor is just ok. Too plain. Burger is good though.
We found the menu to be limited and the food quality average in relation to what we were expecting. r Our server was very pleasant and attentive. She make the experience a good one.
The food was amazing. The scallops were to die for and the beef Wellington was so tender so that you could cut through it with a butter knife.
No competition here, no games. This is just serious good food among the over hyped restaurants in Las Vegas. The chateaubriand is to die for, lobster risotto, appetizer scallops, executed perfectly. Chef Ramsey's sticky toffee desert has a legendary reputation and for good reason. You don't have to be a food critic or gourmet eater to enjoy a meal here, but if you were you would still walk away raving.
Food amazing as expected server was the best
Had a very good time at the restaurant. Amazing experience. Excellent food and service.
Awesome restaurant. Service was wonderful - absolutely accommodating. And then - the food arrived. Hands down - the best hamburger I have ever had. Lobster Risotto was also incredible - but the star was the hamburger. Will be back for another!
The chefs are on point! I cannot express how satisfied we were with our meal and service!! Not only was the food phenomenal Destiny and Tess were equally phenomenal! Thank you two for an amazing experience!!
Out of all the beef Wellington that I’ve tried, this is definitely the first. Scallops were great. Service was great
Expensive but overall worth it! Always wanted to go and glad I got to experience it. Only wish I got to meet Gordon Ramsey! Our waiter Michael was excellent and described the food and wine pairings ! Also our water glasses were never empty and enjoyed the gesture of pulling out my chair for me.
So I booked this place 2 weeks prior visiting to Vegas. I booked it for my anniversary dinner and even while booking they ask if there is any special occasion I mentioned it that’s it’s our anniversary and just want if so something special. 2 I called after booking online reservations they asked again any special Occassion and I mention them again very clearly that’s it’s our anniversary and they said oh will do a little
Dessert gesture in the end as it was a surprise dinner for my husband. 3. On day we reach the restaurant on time and Firstly I also want to mention why I choose this vs Giada I choose this bcz my husband and me is a great fan of Ramsay not because his Good food but because they way the respect his work and Seeing all this videos look like he very dedicated with his work and so do his employees but honestly It WAS DISAPPOINTMENT as after so much follow up the chef literally did not no any special gesture for dinner dessert mentioned it was our anniversary. However the food was nice . The moment we finished our main course we order the sticky toffee which is recommended to be really nice it was but honestly it’s too sweet . Secondly we literally waited more than 30 min to get our dessert and after the dessert I thought now I’ll be getting a little anniversary note with a small sweet saying happy anniversary but nothing next I got was my cheque and when I asked the chef said oh it’s going to be there soon we said okay and then we waited again for 20 min but no one ever came back to check on our table this was really not aspected from such a Brillant chef’s restaurant . Well the way he yell on his employees on video gives us an ideas that these guys must be pro if they got opportunity to work here . But honestly service was not that great I really don’t want to take the chef name as it’s going to bad for him . But this gesture ruin the excitement of over all experiment of this place and paying 400-500$ we did not mind if we really served well.
