   I have been to Hells Kitchen before, and I have to say that Lake Tahoe's is so much better! The Cook's did a better job, and the Lobster Rissoto was cooked perfectly. Beef wellington was so much better there. The staff in Las Vegas had too many clients to make sure everything is done right it's like they weren't passionate about the food. Carrots hard, so was the parsnip. Meat was tough. I couldn't cut it the steak knife it was hard. Scallops were fishiy, and the Lobster Rissoto had too much garlic 😫 waste of money . The staff was super nice!

   Fantastic food and outstanding service. Our server, Casey, did such a nice job taking care of us and was a pleasure to talk with. Thanks for making our family outing very enjoyable!

   Always a fantastic dining experience at Hells Kitchen Las Vegas. Our Fillet Mignon was cooked to perfection. Our server was amazing and the ambience of the restaurant really nice. Definitely recommend thank you for my birthday sticky toffee pudding which was absolutely delicious 😋

   We did enjoy our lunch. The only thing we were disappointed with and recommend updating on the open table is the reservation times. We had a reservation for Saturday at 11:15pm. It was our wedding night so we were overjoyed when you had the reservation available. Traffic was bad and our ETA was 11:28pm. I called and spoke to a woman and she told me it was completely fine as long as I was within 15 minutes. My husband and I got there at 11:28pm and was told the kitchen was closed and they couldn't seat us. I explained i spoke to someone and they told me it was a call center. We were extremely disappointed. although we were grateful that they got us a lunch reservation the next day- we were extremely disappointed that night- i didnt understand how a reservation was at 11;15pm but the kitchen full closes at 11:30pm.

   The food was extraordinary. We tried the scallops, lobster risotto and beef Wellington. Amazing. The restaurant is energetic, not quiet, so at times we had a hard time hearing our server. But the food, drinks, and service were amazing.

    We enjoyed the view of Las Vegas Blvd from our window table. Everything we ordered was absolutely wonderful. Great service.
