   Amazing food, waiter was knowledgeable and guided our group through the menu. They also gave a free desert for a birthday which was nice.

   I’m sorry, but this is a terribly honest review. Hell’s kitchen is very overrated. The food you get looks nothing like what’s in the TV show. Took forever surprisingly, overpriced which is fine if it’s worth it  but not this place

   Our server Charles was amazing, very helpful and, knows his drinks. The food was amazing. Everything was perfectly made.

   So impressive. Our server, James was outstanding. We weren’t the easiest patrons with some special needs and food allergies but he took extra good care to accommodate us.

   I was really excited about going to Hells Kitchen. The Lobster Risotto and Beef Wellington were good. I got the salmon as well and it was not seasoned at all and the spring onion soup tasted like a parsnip or potato soup. I was hoping for a WOW factor when eating.

   The food was quite expensive compared to the value of the meal. The atmosphere was very noisy, and there was a lot happening at all times. This is not a place for a romantic or enjoyable meal.

   Reservations were at 9pm but seated at 9:25pm! I Made reservations a month advanced before the trip only to wait. We Waited a long time to be served drinks and waited a long time to order. Food was worth the wait however if we had made Vegas show plans or other plans we would’ve been late. Need more improvements on timing and I suggest that they do phone or email notifications when seat is ready you can hardly hear when calling out names to be seated.
