   I took my son as a surprise for his 25th birthday. Everything was amazing from beginning to end. Our server was very attentive. The food was delicious. The experience was everything I imagined it would be and lived up to the reputation. My son was surprised and enjoyed the experience.

   Came for Mother’s Day and my birthday and we made reservations. It took forever for our waiter to come to our table, never asked about any specific occasions even mentioning it which was put on our reservation. Took forever to finally get menus and drinks. Another twenty minutes to place our food order had to ask the busser for our check waiter brings it out after introducing himself to two other tables. We definitely won’t be back especially after ruining such a special occasion for us.

   We got the beef wellington, the braised rib, and the steak tar tar. We tried getting an order of mac and cheese to start, but our server suggested we got it with our meals instead so we just passed on that completely. My husband has had the beef wellington at a different location and it was outstanding. However, here the pastry was a bit soft and soggy and overall, nothing was worth the price that we paid. We’re huge fans of Gordon Ramsay, but we were unfortunately let down by this experience.

   Everything overall was decent. This was by far the best Beef Wellington I have ever had but it just was not that great. I would give it a 7.5/10 just due to the fact the the meat was very tender and taste was there. The waiters, especially Sandra and her nearby team, were absolutely amazing. Very attentive and knowledgeable of the item menus and making sure our drinks were filled before even asking. We had the: - Seared Foie Gras, 7/10 we have had better at different places for less than here. It was good but could have been better. - Spring Onion Soup, 8/10 probably the best non-dessert dish we had out of what we ordered. It was good enough that we saved the soup part to eat with the Wellington. - Sticky Toffee Pudding, 8.5. it was quite tasty. Just missing some texture and a tad bit too sweet for my pallet. Wish there was also a tad bit more ice cream as well.

   We’ve been excited to eat at Hell’s Kitchen for years and now we finally had our chance. We are huge Gordon Ramsey fans. We even ate at Gordon Ramsey Burger earlier this day. To be honest both places are good food yet for the price you are asked to pay it is mediocre at best. Don’t get me wrong the food is good, yet I was excepted great. We ordered the Lobster Risotto and the beef Wellington’s. The Risotto was so full of truffle oil that it was all you could taste and removed any hope you’d be able to enjoy the delicate taste of the lobster. I’m not sure where to go if you want great food in Vegas, yet GR is not the place to go. I will never eat at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant again.

    Everything was amazing. It was my 2nd time here and I enjoyed it same as the 1st time. 100% recommend it! Everything was delicious!
