Zuma Restaurant - Las Vegas
Dining with Hell's Kitchen is truly a treat. We try to visit Vegas at least once a year, and Hell's Kichen is always a must! You won't be disappointed!
Second visit here in the last two months and this one was not as good. Service was good we had a great server and the hosts were lovely.
Appetizer was only ok this time and the time between app and entrée was oddly long. Almost uncomfortably long. When the food arrived the short ribs were dry and needed some type of sauce. The strip steak was full of grizzle and really chewy. Very surprising.
I happened to walk by Michelle, the HK winner, I smiled at her and she rolled her eyes at me. I laughed. Maybe she should walk around to the tables or get back in the kitchen because obviously she’s not happy standing around being a statue.
I would go again because we love Hell’s Kitchen but I don’t know that I’d recommend it after this visit.
I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsay so of course I had to visit his restaurant ! Service was amazing & the food was even better 😊 I will return
Food was on point and service excellent! Waiter was friendly and patient with our 6 year old.
Amazing food! Best service of any restaurant to date! Friendly and amazing staff! Wish I could have meet Gordon Ramsey, guess I'll have to come back
Should have steak knives.
Food was amazing. Good service. Didnt hurt that Gordon Ramsey showed up to celebrate the 1 millionth customer.
Amazing experience. We were customer 1,000,000 and just an amazing experience. The GM and Team Ramsey team were amazing. Props to all
In and out in less than an hour!
Beef Wellington was superb! Amazing.
I loved my food I got the Jidori chicken and scallops but my boyfriend got the short rib I believe. His plate wasn’t terrible it was just bland and tasted like a pot roast I do in my slow cooker. However, I thought my food was amazing - the scallops are to die for!!!!
Went to Hells Kitchen in Las Vegas for the lunch menu. Order the lobster risotto which was fantastic. Did the Cheesesteak and Burger; both were very good. Would go again.
The ambiance is nice, I had the risotto with lobster, this was my best one really top, Ceasar salad was good, the crouton was crispy enough for me, the lambs chops was average below my expectations. The aitres was friendly and nice.
The food was well composed and everything worked beautifully together. Of the 4 dishes I had at hells kitchen the biggest let down was the signature dish, the Wellington. As an overall dish it was fantastic but individually some of the elements lacked my veg was undercooked and my potato puree could've used more salt. Service was terrible. I couldn't even tell you our servers name but my god was he awful.
It s not a restaurant,it’s a factory .
I don’t really think that Gordon Ramsey would go in a restaurant like that .
It was very noisy ,I felt like I was in a riot .The food came very fast like it was ready before we order .
The waiter brought us the bill without asking it .I felt like the wanted us to go so the next sucker can come .
The food was ok , expected to much I guess , it felt like a cafeteria setting , it was extremely noisy, and the service was extremely slow , and I have eaten better steaks in other places ,
Fantastic experience from beginning to end!
The service was amazing, however the noise level and music were so loud it made it hard to carry on a conversation. Beef Wellington needs more demo glacé and it was underwhelming.
We got the three course meal. Food was delicious! My drink was great. Lots of food, we left stuffed. Bill was very expensive. Almost 300$ for just 2 people.
My just turned 16 granddaughts dream came true shes watched the show for years.i promised each grandkid if they are doing well in school I would take them on a trip for her it was to actually have beef wellington at this resturant.
Amazing food and amazing service! The environment is a bit loud for us but maybe we’re just getting old ;) Definitely worth a visit!
Order the Beef Wellington and the Sticky Toffee. Both are amazing to the point of almost memorable. Lobster risotto also great. HK burger was decent.
Tuna tartare is not worth it. Tastes like mediocre poke.
Overall, great experience.
Great restautant. We had the 3-course lunch that includes a salad or soup, the half beef wellington, and a dessert. Good value. Great service.
HK hamburger is great! We came back here for that. Lobster risotto and toffee pudding are great too!
Food is excellent! And drinks are even better!
With help from the handsome dude John we’re able to enjoy the lunch in peace!
Fabulous experience and food lived up to our expectations.
Hostesses were friendly. I know I was eating alone and taking up a table for two (less revenue). I said I’ve dined here before but waiter explained everything again...he was also kind of pushy to order from the drink menu. I would have but just didn’t feel like it at 10:45pm (which my time clock was screaming 12:45am). I was seated in the open dining area and was much louder than my visit before when I was seated in one of the areas that was quieter. Felt very rushed this time. Also asked if I could get the dessert to go. He insisted that it be brought out since it will be warm with ice cream. (I did have it to go last time and with a little container for the ice cream...not this time.) I are the ice cream then asked for a box. I was a little disappointed when I got back to the hotel to find it was just the cake and without all the gooey and sticky sauce. I found this visit to be just “meh”.
I loved it. My favorite TV cooking show. I got to take a pic with Chef Michelle one of the season winners. She was very sweet. The food (short ribs of beef) was amazing! And the Salted Carmel Apple absolutely Fire!
Celebrated my wife’s birthday. Had an awesome time. Great service, amazing food. They brought her a special dessert with a candle. Loved it all!
Ok so the Risotto and the scallops were not my favorite . As a true fan of Chef Ramsey, I expected more. But the shore ribs were excellent .
I would go back.
Great food, awesome wait staff!
But my God, why can’t restaurants figure out how to make their establishments less noisy?! Technology is there, and I’m a bit surprised that Gordon Ramsey is ok with these noise levels.
Felt very rushed. My plate whipped away while husband still eating starter. Main course arrived while still eating starter. Sent away. Meal came back cold.
