Solo había postres y no todos estaban disponibles, así como te cobran para la reservacion deberían de avisar que el auto de insumos no llegó y no habrá platillos salados. La dinámica del restaurante y museo no está bien explicada, el mesero no tenía la mejor actitud, los baños están descuidados

No contaban con casi ningun alimento. Pareciera como si fuera un lugar a punto de cerrar. Los meseros muy apenados por no tener que ofrece a los comensales. Es un lugar precioso pero desafortunadamente no lo recomiendo nada ni considero volver a visitarlo por este tema de ser una cafeteria sin productos para vender. Solo tuvieron bebidas, el té de frutos rojos no sabia a nada ni era de tono rojo sino ambar, solo tenian cup cakes tan feos que ni las niñas se lo comieron y 2 pasteles mas que no se antojaban nada. No tenian nada salado. Y de igual forma las sodas italianas estaban fatales, sabian a medicina.

Mis hijas aman ir a Hello Kitty Cafe. Si bien, desde un inicio la comida nunca fue particularmente memorable, el lugar estaba en óptimas condiciones. En nuestra última visita, los baños estaban increíblemente sucios, no tenían varias cosas que pedimos (y el menú es bastante reducido)… y los postres que antes estaban exhibidos en una vitrina linda, ahora están amontonados en un refrigerador en la parte de atrás. El servicio fue lentísimo, al grado que si pedías algo como sal o una salsa, primero terminabas de comer antes de que te lo trajeran.

It's a must-visit. Excellent place, with beautiful food presentation and a wonderful atmosphere. The only downside is the maintenance (especially the bathrooms).

Fue una gran experiencia temprano en la mañana y no estuvo demasiado ocupado. El breve recorrido fue una buena experiencia después de comer, sin embargo, la selección de tiendas de regalos es muy limitada. ******** Great experience early morning on a Monday. Not overly busy. The short tour was a nice experience after eating, however the gift shop selection is very limited.

Mala comida no tiene sabor hablo en específico del kitchen country , las bebidas también malas Magic lemonade y la kuromi , el lugar si me gusto está bien para tomar fotos, se tardan mucho en servir ,trato regular de los meseros .

Muy sobrevalorado! Está descuidado no se ve como en las fotos! La comida equis pedimos pechuga de pollo al grill y venía cruda, enmoladas y venían con la tortilla fría además de que se tardaron 1 hora en traer los alimentos. El chai fue lo único rico que probamos ese día. Caro para el nivel de comida que nos llegó una ensalada de fresas literal con 4 cachitos pequeños de fresa y un platito pequeño por más de 200 pesos! El tour te lo "incluyen" si consumes más de 340 pesos por persona y también muy equis! Para 5 minutos que te llevan a ver las figuras de Kitty así que valor precio-calidad... Queda mucho a deber. No regreso
