We had a very small wedding (10 people) so after our dinner at Erica Jane we went to Hello Darlin.' The staff was amazing! They had a great table reserved for us, sparking wine and they were so happy we were there. The DJ played White Wedding for us as soon as we arrived and the rest of the night from that moment on was incredible! Everyone did karaoke and the crowd was so fun and energetic and made us feel special! The vibe there is amazing. Bartenders were quick and friendly and very attentive. Everyone said it was the most fun night ever and loved it so much there!! We will all be back! Shout out to the staff who were so accommodating and made us feel celebrated. It could not have been more fun!!!!

I love this place, the booking for reservations was fairly easy and streamlined. However, the deposit of 5$ per person is not well explained. Saying "deposit" when you book implies you get the money refunded back after you show up to your booking, but in fact it's just a fee to reserve which should be better explained.

You're very right, Derek and I apologize for the confusion. We unfortunately don't have control of the name "deposit," as this is something implemented by OpenTable. We absolutely recognize the possibly misleading nature of this though, and have tried to mitigate potential miscommunication by including better information in the confirmation text. This seemed like a better option than refunding the deposits and then separately charging the cover price resulting in multiple unnecessary transactions, but if this method is still too convoluted, it's certainly worth reevaluating. We enjoyed this venue. Music was country and fun. Atmosphere was old style country saloon. Very unique. We did not have food, so can’t comment on that. We went to the bar for drinks as we did not get approached by any server. We had reservations and this was our first time there. We’d definitely be specific in our table reservations next time. As we were taken to a barstool social table (there were 6 of us) and there were guests in our seats. The hostess tried to inform the guests that these were our seats but given the volume of music and communication they weren’t moving. Furthermore our one friend would not be able to sit on a barstool as she had back surgery. So they offered focus to move a sofa and a few chairs and we set ourselves up. It worked out fine. Overall a fun place. Have fun 🤩

Love this experience so much. The only criticism of this space, is you have to exit into a dark alley. From a security perspective this needs to be reviewed. Also the interior space of hello darlin is small so some consideration needs to be addressed for human pollution,(gas) keeping the door open for air and ceiling fans would be a start.

Great night learning some line dancing. Didn’t eat there that night but the food at the BNA group is always great.

Our server was very nice and friendly. She had our drinks to us quickly. Her outfit added to the country bar atmosphere. She even got the manager to play a song request for us before the DJ started. The dance floor is perfect with lots of space. I love the honky tonk Christmas lights and ambience. We will be back soon!

The service was very good and attentive. I didn’t know what to drink and the bartender immediately asked me what I like and recommended one based off that. It was very good

Our reso at BNA ran late and so we were late to hello darlin. I told the bartender who’s a friend of mine and our table was given away. Whatever we were late that’s our bad… BUT we were a group of 14 and they only had occupancy for 13. So between my husband and our female friend, one had to decide to leave. My husband left so our friend wasn’t alone. They claimed they had “reached full male capacity” for the evening. Second time visiting. Most likely won’t return Sketchy alley leaving as well

Hi Carly, I have to be honest, I'm a bit confused. From what I can see, your reservation at Hello Darlin' was for 6 people. However, even with the increased number, we should have done our best to accommodate everyone in your group. While it's certainly possible we had reached capacity at that time, the numbers are not based on sex or gender, so I'm unsure why that would have been given as an explanation. I'll speak with our manager to find out more. Regardless, we should have given you the option to be placed on a waitlist and would have welcomed all 14 of you as soon as we were able. I apologize for whatever miscommunication led to this confusion.
