Hélicoptère is a neighborhood restaurant where the seasons shape the menu. Born from the vision of Chef David Ollu, the cuisine highlights local and seasonal ingredients, sourced from a network of dedicated artisans and producers, as well as harvests from its own rooftop garden. Everything is prepared in-house, prioritizing homemade craftsmanship and the transmission of culinary expertise.

Located in Hochelaga, the restaurant offers a five-course tasting menu with wine pairings, along with a selection of small plates to share. A generous wine list celebrates the diversity of styles and terroirs.

Superbe expérience au restaurant hélicoptère! Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation et tout était fabuleux ! Frais, savoureux, un vrai délice ! Je recommande fortement ! ✨

Our 3rd time to Helicoptere and it was awesome! The team there truly enjoy their work and it shows. Solid wine recommendations. We did the tasting menu - perfect quantity of food. Beautiful plating with delicious taste combinations. In the top 10 restaurants in Montreal for sure. No doubt that we will be back again. Kudos to the owner for building such an enthusiastic team that makes the overall experience a true joy.

très beau nouveau décor. belle ambiance et service attentionné. la nourriture au lunch était bonne mais la portion de pintade était vraiment insuffisante presque gênant. Mon épouse et moi somme déçu pour 190 $.

The food experience was amazing. My group was contacted by the restaurant to ensure they can cater their menu to our dietary needs. We were given alternative versions to ensure we were able to enjoy each course. Each of the dishes were well crafted to ensure none of the flavors and ingredients overpower each others. Instead, they enhanced the texture and taste of the dishes. The experience was truly elevated and unforgettable like a helicopter ride.

nous étions assis au comptoir pour célébrer notre anniversaire. la nourriture était exceptionnelle, nous avons partagé 7 plats et un dessert (nous sommes des bonnes fourchettes) et c’était juste parfait. la sélection des vins est est variée et le vin que nous avons choisi s’est bien prêté à ce que nous avons commandé. mon conjoint a dit en prenant une bouchée du plat de cœur de canard « c’est pour ça que je vais au restaurant » et il a raison. A+ sur toute la ligne, le service était courtois, juste assez présent et super chaleureux. nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !
