   Tasting menu was amazing. The wine pairings were spot on and the sommelier was knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.

   This place is an absolute gem. The tasting menu was a delight. Every dish prepared with such care for flavor combinations. The lamb dish was superb. The wine pairings were fantastic. Our server was lovely and so friendly and knowledgeable. The ambience and decor were beautiful and peaceful. My favorite evening in Montreal!!

   The food at Hélicoptère was fire — absolutely delicious. We even ordered two desserts because they were that good. But the service? One server straight up ruined the vibe. From the moment my American husband asked for pineapple juice, she acted like we were a problem. Meanwhile, she was all smiles and energy with other tables. It was obvious she made some assumptions about us. With that said...the food is incredible.

   Tous les plats étaient délicieux. Nous avons bien aimé les deux desserts, le riz au lait et une version moderne du pouding chômeur. La morue noire était décadente, la tartare un classique au Helicoptère et le crabe des neiges succulent! Tout ça avec un service impeccable et chaleureux.

   This was our favorite meal in Montreal. We had the tasting menu and each dish was perfection. The ambience is beautiful and the service was excellent. This is a must try if you are in Montreal. Amazing!

   Très belle expérience! Du début jusqu'à la fin, nous avons été séduit par l'équilibre des plats et les profils de goûts qui s'harmonisaient parfaitement. L'équilibre entre le sucré et l'acidité était incroyable dans le plat de porc qui a clôturé notre repas. Chapeau à la brigade et à l'équipe en salle. Nous reviendrons plus tôt que tard!

    Helicoptre is an exceptional dining experience! The freshest seasonal ingredients are brought to their fullest flavor by the talented kitchen team. For the best dinner, go with the tasting menu and wine pairing option. Tonight’s stand out dishes were a rich snow crab with ginger and rhubarb emulsion, as well as lamb, cooked three ways. A rich and creamy Riz au Lait made the perfect ending to a memorable meal. The wine and cocktail program are well curated to satisfy a variety of tastes. Service is consistently friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Despite the deceptively warm and casual vibe, this is serious fine dining and not to be missed. I highly recommend Helicoptre and can’t wait to return!
