We sat at a high table in the bar area, so it was loud but fun. Kya out server was fabulous! The drinks and food were delicious. All around a great experience.

Excellent experience overall. Service was great all around, out server was both knowledgeable and fun. Both my partner and I had cocktails which had extremely different, distinct, flavour profiles that we loved. Our apps were delicious (especially the pork bites), and the mains were also excellent. It's not a cheap restaurant, but for the overall experience the price was worth it. Will definitely return in the future.

First time at this place. Food was good. A bit of everything. I had Caesar salad and duck confit and both were excellent. We will return.

Very busy. Service was less than attentive. They did not ask how the food was at any point. In fact, the chicken Parmesan was thin, overcooked and dry. The Duck leg also was overcooked, dry and tough to cut through, with minimal sauce. Pasta dishes were nice as were the cocktails.

We enjoyed our experience. The food was great and the ambience was very good. Each of our party enjoyed our evening. The only negative is that I found the table with 6 chairs very cramped with the seating at each end.

Delicious pizza (al fungi). Pasta a little disappointing: mild for a ‘fra diablo’. Just tasted tomato, lacking punch!

We were a party of six and mind and my husband’s second time there, but first for the others. We are big foodies and right from the minute we walked into the door, our experience was beyond exceptional. Kingston is known for its culinary delights, but The Heist, what can I say, is one of the nicest places we have been to. Not to take away from other establishments, but there is a degree of professionalism here that wowed us. Our server was top notch, cocktails were created delightful, the food was extraordinary and then to top it off, the Manager I believe came to our table to chat about our meal and to thank us for coming, treated us to a round of after dinner liqueurs. HIGHLY recommend
