Grad week at HEIST promises to be one to remember! - Please note that we DO NOT have our a la carte menu available and are excitedly offering the two set menu choices, only. - Reservations for Grad week (Tuesday to Friday) have a 2.25-hour seating window. - A card is required to guarantee the reservation and is subject to a $50 per person cancellation charge within 48 hours of the reservation. Now that all of that is out of the way, we can't wait to welcome you and do our very best to contribute to making your most proud of days among the most monumentally memorable!

All the food choices we made were outstanding but the desserts really knocked it out of the park. What was also outstanding is that 1 of the members of our party of 5 has hearing issues. I called to request a quiet area and was very pleased that they accommodated us and we were able to converse without yelling. Another terrific evening at Heist. Becoming our "go to" place in Kingston.

We sat at a high table in the bar area, so it was loud but fun. Kya out server was fabulous! The drinks and food were delicious. All around a great experience.

Excellent experience overall. Service was great all around, out server was both knowledgeable and fun. Both my partner and I had cocktails which had extremely different, distinct, flavour profiles that we loved. Our apps were delicious (especially the pork bites), and the mains were also excellent. It's not a cheap restaurant, but for the overall experience the price was worth it. Will definitely return in the future.

First time at this place. Food was good. A bit of everything. I had Caesar salad and duck confit and both were excellent. We will return.

Very busy. Service was less than attentive. They did not ask how the food was at any point. In fact, the chicken Parmesan was thin, overcooked and dry. The Duck leg also was overcooked, dry and tough to cut through, with minimal sauce. Pasta dishes were nice as were the cocktails.

We enjoyed our experience. The food was great and the ambience was very good. Each of our party enjoyed our evening. The only negative is that I found the table with 6 chairs very cramped with the seating at each end.

Delicious pizza (al fungi). Pasta a little disappointing: mild for a ‘fra diablo’. Just tasted tomato, lacking punch!
