After attending Heidi’s for my friends 21st birthday meal, we left extremely disappointed. Myself being gluten free, I left a clear note on my booking and had even previously messaged the restaurant via Instagram to find out more what they had to offer regarding gluten free which I was told gluten free pizza wasn’t a problem. On arrival I was then informed they hadn’t received the note despite me being able to show them my phone and was left with no choice but to have a salad with no apology due to there being no gluten free pizza available. I then asked the member of staff if the salad was gluten free (ie croutons or salad dressing can contain gluten) she replied “ it’s just a salad , I don’t know “ in a very rude and abrupt manner . Lastly I was still charged the price of bottomless pizza despite only having a salad. Not to add, my friend who is a vegetarian had a total of 3 pizza slices over the short period of time we were there . Disgraceful and would not recommend.

The place itself was lovely, clean & bright but the half of pot of tea went cold quickly. Asked for another one which was no problem but was only given 1 new clean cup when there was 2 of us. It seems silly but the milk jug needs rethinking as more went on the saucer than in the cup. The food was nicely presented but felt that the whole experience was not worth the £57 paid for afternoon tea for 2. We left feeling a little disappointed as we were really looking forward to it.

We had the bottomless Pizza, last Saturday. It was fantastic! The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. Pizza was brought round at the right intervals. All round fabulous value and evening. Will be back xx 5*

Very poor customer service, basic tasteless sandwiches and not value for money. Tables are extremely cramped so makes the whole experience quite uncomfortable. The decor is beautiful but that’s unfortunately the only positive! I would not recommend.

Will highly recommend! Came to watch my brother JJ perform which made the evening incredible just a lovely ambience. The staff there were so lovely and helpful at all times. Never once had to ask for anything as they covered everything. It was clean and the pizza was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful setting, I brought my friends here for my bridesmaid proposal, I had seen this place all over my socials and just knew we had to come, we had the bottomless pizza and it did not disappoint… the 3 girls working that night were just so lovely and attentive one of them even helped me set up the table, the attention to detail is superb, and every thing was just amazing. We can not wait to come back. Iv recommended this place to every one!
