Interessante Gerichtsauswahl, aber nicht für jeden Geschmack. Wer gerne was neues ausprobieren möchte, ist hier richtig. Die Bedienung war an dem Tag leider etwas chaotisch. Ansonsten ein sehr schöner Ort, den man noch einmal besuchen kann.

Es gab unterschiedliche Meinungen. Manche fanden das Essen super, andere garnicht, da sie nicht gerne ausländische Küche mögen.

Ein super Abend mit leckeren Speisen. Wir wussten nicht was uns erwartet und wurden wirklich positiv überrascht. Ganz neue Geschmackserlebnisse. Wir kommen morgen nochmal. 😉

Die Karte war nicht lang, was uns auf Anhieb schonmal sehr angesprochen hat. Die Gerichte darauf waren kreativ und die Umsetzung hervorragend. Das Carpaccio war das beste seit langem und die Entenbrust Sous-vide ein Träumchen. Wobei ich nicht sagen kann, ob die Ente besser war oder die unglaublich schmackhafte Sauce auf der sie ruhte ...
