   Hedley club lounge is one of my favorite places so I planned a friend's birthday outing here. It was a terrible experience and we left after one drink. The waiter was clueless, service was awful - it took 45 minutes for my drink to arrive. They were all out of flatbread. Whatever food we ordered tasted not fresh. After 1.5 hrs of terrible service, we decided to go elsewhere to dinner. A shame because none of my friends plan to ever go back there.

   We loved the band, the seating, the interior design, etc. Our problem was with the service. Once seated, we had to ask for menus. We asked for water. It never came. My wife had to go into the kitchen and ask for a glass for my beer. I had to get out of my seat twice to get the check and pay for the bill. It took a long time for our meals to arrive. We ordered steaks with our meals and it took a long time for the waiter to come back and tell us the kitchen ran out of steak. My wife ordered a salad but then the brought her a pizza bread. Thankfully, the waiter only charged us for one meal because they brought my wife the wrong order.

   The service was as bad as I ever had. It was slow and very confused. I had to exam several different bills until I found one similar to what was ordered. And even that was incorrect. Too bad, this is a nice room but very bad service.

   Service was extremely slow. Took forever to get an order in for drinks. Food was bland. Had to get servers attention to get anything. They never came by to check if you needed anything. Had not had this type of experience before there and don’t think we will return.

   First of all, having an Open Table reservation means NOTHING to this restaurant. The manager greeted us and said “It’s open seating.”. I said we have a reservation and he said sit wherever you want. There was only one empty table, so ... In about 10 minutes a very stressed waitress brought us two menus. Shortly, she came back to take our orders. 20 minutes later we got our drinks—a glass of wine and a bottle of beer. The food came shortly thereafter, but we had no plates, utensils nor napkins. Those came after a few minutes. The food was good. Flatbread pizza, meatballs, brussel sprouts. No water offered. Flagged down a server to get the check. Put out my credit card but after not having it taken up for 10 minutes, got worried we were going to miss the start of the Sharks game. Left cash and a mediocre tip and left. This restaurant does not seem to be staffed, trained nor managed to operate near its capacity. That’s a shame because I find the quiet atmosphere and unique architecture very appealing.

   The chicken wings seemed like not well done, we could see the blood inside! I wish they had draft beers!!

   Didn't have a chance to eat at the Hedley Club. I give them one star because we booked a table for 2 at 530p on 12/28 and they had a private event, so could not honor my reservation. My wife and I were looking forward to a nice dinner before the Sharks game, but instead had to walk around for 30min to find a mediocre place to eat. I have no idea if the food is good, but they get one star from me for taking reservations and not honoring them.

   I ordered chicken marsala and what I got was more like Chef Boyardee spaghetti from a can. If you don't know how to make marsala sauce, then just call it creamy marinara. And, if you can't cook pasta properly, without turning it into mush, then find a new line of work... sheesh!

    Arrived at 6pm, 15 mins early. Other people were in the restaurant with drinks. But No maitre’d to greet us. When we finally attracted someone’s attention they were surprised to see us and learn of our reservation. We were ushered to a table in the corner and abandoned for about 20 minutes. No water, no menus. Nothing! Finally given the happy hour menu but proper menus literally were being printed! My sons dinner arrived about 10 mins before ours. The whole thing was unprofessional, definitely seemed something weird going on. Sad because it’s a great location.
