Definitely the best upscale Thai restaurant I've had in the Bay Area. We all really thought that this was some of the best value for money meal we've had. The food was fantastic and for an 11 course meal, the portion sizes were actually perfect. Seemed like a lot of time, effort and testing was put in to making the entire meal perfectly fill up the customer, so I really appreciate it. Overall, everything was outstanding, won't be surprised to see Hed 11 have a Star soon!

What an awesome 5 course lunch! Everything was cooked perfectly and the presentation was wonderful. The wait staff was very friendly and very helpful. If you want a relaxing lunch that will exceed your expectations, this is the place for you!

Fantastic late lunch/Birthday celebration. Server was attentive and very pleasant. Only critique was that the floor was sticky.

One of, if not the, most creative, beautiful delicious we have had in San Francisco. The chefs are masters, each course in hand crafted dishes so aesthetically appropriate. My husband and I are visual artists. Dining at Hed 11 was finding a wonderful "Art Gallery" that appealed and pleased the palate as well as the eyes.

I absolutely loved the fusion of different flavors at this Thai restaurant. Food was great with an 11 course tasting menu. We were a group of 8 people dining at 7 pm in a sat nite. Noise level was off the charts despite the restaurant not being at full capacity. That’s why when they were asking for any dietary restrictions not all of us heard it. Also it was difficult to hear the food explanations in that atmosphere. One member of our party was running late and we started without her thinking she can just catch up but we were later informed that they cannot give her the 4 small courses that she missed. I was surprised they didn’t make it for her and set it aside or at least tell us that that would be the case.

As your final guest arrived at 8:45 PM—well after the tasting menu service began at 7:00 PM—and with our cold kitchen station for courses 1–3 closed, we were unfortunately unable to replicate the earlier offerings. We sincerely apologize for any disruption, including the elevated noise levels, and have shared your comments with our team. We look forward to welcoming you back for a flawless experience.
