Great dinner at HET 11. Everything was delicious with only two dishes on the verge of being too spicy for a western palate. we love Thai food but this was clearly one notch above everything else in term of complexity and sophistication. Wine price was reasonable,

After seeing a review of this place on Instagram, we decided to try this place. We made reservations but when we got there it was empty so we got seated right away. The host was also our server and bartender for the restaurant. My husband chose the beef option and I went with pork. All the dishes were tasty except for the pork jowl. It was very salty! But over all the food was delicious, good portion, and the $40 price tag was great! I would definitely come back to see what their next menu would be.

This was such an over priced dinning experience. There was nothing on the tasing menu that was good. Several of the courses smelled at best like the inside of an over stuffed refrigerator filled with old food and at worst the bottom of a restaurant garbage bin. It was gross. For the wine tasting, none of the wines seemed to compliment to nasty food, and it also seemed old. They are milking that one Michelin star they received a year ago.

We had the eight course meal. I don't even like lamb, but the lamb shank was amazing. I've never had better. The other courses, prawns, soup, everything was wonderful. It's a true gem, especially for a hotel restaurant. I'm not sure why this place isn't more in demand.

Excellent food and service! Staff were amazing! There were street closures and horrible traffic so my friends were 40 minutes late but the restaurant was extremely understanding. It was for a birthday celebration and the restaurant had prepared a super cute birthday card with built-in light. I wish some of the food portions were larger. Wine pairing was fantastic! Occasionally a bit noisy. Lighting was a little strange where half of our table was much brighter than the other half. I will come back and I recommend!

Exceptional. Our wait staff was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. We did the 8 course menu and the wine pairing. Highly recommend the wine pairing as we learned about new brands/varietals. The wines complimented the food beautifully.
