We love the food & always enjoy the restaurant & those that take care of us. We live in the south end at Lake Tapps now & moved 35 years ago but love to come back to Kirkland to have dinner at Hectors. Thanks & keep it up

Service is hit or miss here. This time it was a big miss. She never even smiled and hostess was on her phone every time I looked. Food though is always delicious. Had my favorite brunch of smoked salmon Benedict. Tried the peach sangria who h was amazing too. Great brunch food. Wish the service was more consistent. Doesn't anyone manage the dining room???

Horrible service, will never come again. Took 45minutes to get our drinks. The appetizers came first, no drinks, and no plates. Had to call the manager and she gave bad excuses about the delay with the drinks. The entrees came at the same time as the plates for the appetizers, and way after all the appetizers were gone. Then when they split the bill they did it all wrong. There was no compensation, no discount for our complaints and disapointment. Food OK, drinks no good, and disorganized, horrible service. Will never come back.

Everything was great!!! My granddaughter enjoyed ourselves. The food was good, and our waitress was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful.

It took over 45 minutes to get our food after ordering, we were kindly offered a discount off our meal, but were disappointed when the food was still cold. (Like they had forgotten about part of our order and let the other part get cold) Great outdoor seating and the food (that was warm) was quite delicious!

Salmon Benedict and Classic Benedict very tasty. Raul was attentive and friendly . Mid Sunday morning brunch was relaxing and worked out well . Thank you !

As a first timer to this restaurant on a Fathers Day, I would not recommend this please to anyone. The waitress didn’t properly welcome us and didn’t even share her name so the experience was really basic and food was basic also. Pancake was thick with a cornbread like texture. No lake view and parking was hard to find even though they advertise to have free parking.

food was good, the down side they brought out the main while we were still eating our salad so it got cold just sitting on the table.
