Food was not amazing. Burger had a soupy consistency in the middle and was tough on the outside, fried chicken sandwich had a very very thin piece of meat and was not "southern" fried, just covered in panko bread crumbs. Nice ambiance and decor, sweet potato fries were delicious, and rotisserie chicken had decent flavor. The fact that the soda refills were not free was a serious fault.

No free refills on soda. Took 15 minutes before our drink order was taken and another 20 minutes after that to get drinks.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our time at Heartland Brewery. We founds our meals to be delicious, and were both impressed by the wonderfully cozy and highly decorated atmosphere of the restaurant. Both Kat and I enjoyed the service provider by our waitress, Tiffany R. She was incredibly helpful, pleasant and greatly attentive to our requests. She definitely earned our highest respect and praise. Both Kat & I highly recommend for other patrons to visit the Heartland Brewery. An extra bonus that comes with visiting this establishment is that it is located within the Empire State Building, giving visitors the opportunity to view one of New York City's most iconic skyscrapers.

Not that appealing externally but once inside big windows give a great street view...the tables are not too close to each other, lovely decor and ambience. Great service and food choice was good with veg options. We got a 20% discount with our New York pass which was a nice touch. Recommend.

Came here before going up the Empire State Building. Glad we did. The food and beer was good and the service was excellent. Rosemary chicken and fish tacos got high praise. Empire and Hef also won the beer award for drink-ability. On the bad side, happy hour doesn't count during dinner.

They were advertised as having excellent rotisserie options - my chicken was very dry - my niece's turkey burger came out a veggie burger. The service was good.

Starter and main dish was much to fast served after each other, max 1 minute. It looked like they would handle you off in 10 minutes to clean the table for the next one. Waiter was also 'too friendly', not ok !

We have been coming here for dinner after visiting the car show for the past four years and intend to keep the tradition going in the future. The food is good and our server for all four years is excellent.
