Service is horrible. We had to wait half an hour for our waitress. And when she finally came to our table she literally said, "Sorry, I just got off my break." Then it took over an hour for our food to arrive. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. The waitress claimed it was the salmon that took so long. But she didn't tell us this until right before the food was out, or give us an option to get our food before the salmon so we're all not waiting. (And seriously, it takes an hour to cook salmon?) Then when we're done eating we had to wait 30 minutes for the kids' dessert that came with their meal. She had told us that it was coming right out. So I eventually went to the front to see what the hold up was and that's when she started coming out with the dessert. I asked her to box it up because we were ready to leave. She stated that it took so long because they bake it fresh. (Even though she originally stated it would be right out.) Then when I paid my bill with cash she said she would go get my change. We waited for a bit but I told my group they could wait outside because after over 2 hours we were all done being there. She eventually passed by me while bringing salad to another table. She comes over to me and asked me if I wanted change? I said yes, of course I do. So she stated "It was just over $81?" to which I reply, "Yes, I gave you $82." At this point she informed me that they don't have coin change and round up to bills. I'm not a very vocal person, but at this point I let her know how disappointing the service was, especially for the price of the food. She just kept saying how the salmon takes a long time and their food is fresh so it just takes that long. It didn't seem like she saw anything wrong with how everything went. So if you want to go to a restaurant that thinks their food is so high and mighty that they don't need to give good customer service, by all means, go here. I'll definitely take my business elsewhere, though.

We enjoyed our dinner very much. We were looking for something a bit more adventurous than the usual Ut food, we found it. Delicious!

HEART BROKEN- this was our favorite place in ogden!... the menu change. We had planned for weeks (even with a reservation) to attend with another couple. Three of the four of us had already decided what we would have- then we learned all the items were removed from the menu. The amazing burger and the brick oven ham and three cheese sandwich. None of us could find anything that appealed to us on the spring menu. We are just about to leave when the waiter suggested the "dine in ogden menu" we all chose the 6 course. The yak meatball was good but slightly under cooked. The salvation was the coffee rubbed elk and Deseret. Sadly until the menu changes we wont be back to our once FAV PLACE.

Had dinner in the lounge versus the dining room although there really isn't much difference. The menu is short with just about a dozen selections or so but the food is incredible. This is the second time eating there for a business dinner and it could not be better. They don't always have the beverages of choice in stock but come back with excellent options in its place. The food and atmosphere is what will keep me coming back for dinner whether on business or on a date night. Good food for a decent price with many local fresh ingredients!

We spent quite a lot of money at Hearth on 25th for two people on Valentine's Day. The atmosphere was almost there to make it match the price. However, the hostesses were looking extremely casual, wearing jeans, the service staff was wearing nice looking uniforms, but one of them carried around a bright orange rag in the back pocket (it was quite gross to watch it flopping around), and one of the servers dropped off our desserts about 5 minutes after we received our steak. I asked him to take that back and to bring dessert in 30 minutes or so. Our assigned server apologized, so that was okay. Most of the tables had table cloths, but we sat at a table without one, and it was sticky. This restaurant almost has a European feel to it, but there are paintings of food on the walls instead of art. Which is also unfortunate. I don't know of anyone who likes to see pictures of food when they are looking for an experience at a restaurant. It's too bad these little things have escaped management's attention. This could be such a cool place!

Very nice Valentine's menu, the selection and wine pairings were excellent and Hailey was superb providing the service and taking good care of us. My wife and I will go back and try their regular menu soon.
