Earth is a good place to meet with a few friends to share good food in a simple venue. The place itself and the atmosphere is casual. Nothing outstanding. And the food is really good, whether it be the pizzas or the different meals. Drinks are solid as well. Definitely a great place for a casual Friday evening gettogether.
We got together with friends for the first time since before Covid since we are all now fully vaccinated. Everything was perfect. We ate outside at the round table. Our server was wonderful, everyone’s food was delicious and we had a fabulous time.

It wasn’t too crowded, which was very nice. Ambiance and the food were great. Service was a bit slow at the beginning but our waiter speeded things a bit later on. Great location, worth to go again.

Prior to Covid, I used to go to this place almost weekly. My favorite was their French toast. The food quality has dropped significantly. The staff was very nice and polite but you had to remind them repeatedly about missing items on the table. It's too sad but I will not go back there again.

Emalie was absolutely delightful! She took very good care of us. The food was good, although the mushroom pizza had too much “liquid” in the center and made the dough super soggy. The wine selection by the glass was great and the steak was cooked to perfection. Lovely night on the patio!

Love hearth. It’s our fave
Food was pretty good. We sat inside because outside was a little cold for my 90 year old mother. The inside tables were very far apart which I understand. But we felt like we were in a prison cell or floating on an island. No thought was given to the atmosphere inside. Just awful.
The servers were all very nice but it was like the 3 stooges. different people running around not knowing what was going on. Our main server was apologetic but the food came out at different times. We had to ask for butter and salt and pepper several times.
For a Mother’s Day brunch it was not a good experience and I’m sorry we came.
I still tipped 20% because I know it’s been a really tough year. But they really need to get their act together.

Quality of the food has been dropping steadily and has landed at “not worth it”. That said, it is one of the few places you can get in without reservations in downtown Kirkland, and for good reason, so it’s still an option for last minute plans. I remember the days of the yummy ikura spiked dressing. A pity.

I ordered a salad and the daily vegetables. The steak in the salad was tender, but too heavily spiced and there was far too little of the blue cheese that would have balanced it. The vegetables were roasted, which I generally love, but there was so much garlic I sent them back.

The food was incredible and the service outstanding. Our server was friendly, accommodating and just downright lovely. The outdoor seating is fully covered and heated - one of the more comfortable outdoor patios I've eaten at. I would definitely recommend trying this place out!

Busy night with short staff. All good was excellent but it took a long time to get each course. Staff was apologetic and aware of the situation, seemed to do the best they could.

Best artichoke hearts and risotto I’ve had stateside, the service was impeccable as well as the standards for health compliance under COVID.
The beautiful things about sitting outside were the ample heating, sufficient space for those of us that chose to do so (as well as the options for sanitized blankets!) and that the acoustics were in place to allow for good conversation without raising one’s voice.
Our first time since the transition from Trellis and we were extremely pleased with the continued quality on every front.

They did a great job of tag teaming! When our waiter was a bit overwhelmed with other guests our hostess (Ky) step right up and got our drink orders followed by our dinner orders and passed off to our waiter Jason as he wrapped up the other customers. Nice!

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I would never go back here in a million years. First off ordered a pizza that never came, second my burger was bright pink even though my friends was perfectly fine when I asked about they said it is how it is. Then was told that our burger would be taken care of because of the missing item (pizza). Once we received our checks they were not only completely mixed up but had extra drinks on them that we never ordered or received. When asking nicely about this mix up our waiter Elliot proceeded to form an attitude being extremely rude and not helpful. He then went and grabbed his manager who was just as bad. My friend had explained THREE times how it should go and the manager just couldn’t get it right. Elliot standing behind her began to make snarky comments like “Too much to drink huh?” and the manager did nothing about it. This is the most unprofessional terrible place I have ever gone too. Working in this industry I can not even fathom how this place remains open with there terrible food and service.

Visited for Puffy Jacket pop up. When booking, the pic makes it look like seating is in an area with a view. It is not. Food was ok but not worth the $. Service: good.

I fully respect the impact of the pandemic on the industry but it seemed like Hearth should reconsider brunch service.
Our service was not good. It took more than 20 minutes to be able to order. The starter then came out only minutes before the entrees. There was an issue with a meal that was sent back (and not replaced) and we still received a bill for it. It took 15 minutes just to be able to get somebody’s attention to send the food back.
Maybe it was an off day but not likely to go back as long as limited service and seating is in place.

The food is always good. Service is sometimes slow but this night it was good. Tables are spaced pretty good but we get mad that we can’t sit on the west end of the table setup. They always say it’s closed! What difference does it make? They have to walk an extra 20 steps! If it keeps customers safer by being further apart, then why not let us sit where we want?

We were disappointed with our experience and will not be returning. Spending $80-100 on brunch with 2 adults and 2 kids you have many better options on the Eastside. We should have known when we saw the "Okay" food safety rating posted on the door (lowest rating allowing a restaurant to remain open), but had very few options with reservations and outdoor seating while in the area.
Key Issues Encountered:
1. Server took our order, then came back nearly 10mins later to say her colleague would be taking our table over. The person arrived about 10mins after that to say the item our daughter ordered wasn't available and he needed to know what she wanted instead BEFORE HE ENTERED OUR ORDER.
2. Took 25mins for a single Bloody Mary to come to our table after ordering.
3. Server wore a mask but not covering his nose (during our entire service experience).
4. My wife's meal came missing a key ingredient (bacon). We waited for server to check on us so we could ask for it, but he never came. My wife eventually walked inside to ask for our server/the bacon...for her hamburger with bacon (she had no cheese or bun so it was sort of important).
5. The kids were given crayons and a piece of paper with art + 3 items listed as 'Kids Menu'. Turns out, they don't actually have a kids menu for brunch. Our waiter said they were working on creating a real kids menu in the future. For families like ours it would've been helpful to know this before we arrived but wasn't referenced anywhere on their website.
6. Trying to find something for our daughter to eat...we inquired about what fruit came in the fruit platter (a Side), the response was, "It's sliced fruit." Probing to get a little more detail on what type, he guessed many fruits he thought they might have but ended with "I'm not really sure." This wasn't a language barrier or mishearing the question, just someone who didn't really care.
