   Beignets were excellent and really raised our expectations. However, something seemed off about the eggs in my scramble and the breakfast potatoes were overcooked. No one at the table finished their meal, everyone found something off about their dish. Service was great, but in the end we clocked in at 200 bucks for something that we could have had better at Shari's.

   The dining room had no atmosphere. The hamberger was very good, but so big I could barely get my mouth around it, which made it very messy & frustrating. Prices are reasonable. Service was excellent.

   Very friendly service. Food was very slow and tasted just meh. Love the creative pizza combinations but the flavors didn't come out as special.

   This restaurant is unfortunately always understaffed with rather poor service. However, the food and cocktails are honestly outstanding - so we keep going back. Hopefully soon they will be able to hire more servers and it won't take the 15+ minutes it has taken each of the 5 times we've visited to get just a water and place a cocktail order.

   It can get a bit noisy. The food arrived quickly tasted yummy and was hot. Our server, Sydney, was attentive and she also made recommendations that were helpful.

    It is definitely not obvious when you make the reservation that their brunch ends at 11 AM. We had a birthday and we had our heart set on breakfast/brunch items and even though we sat only at 11:10, they would not accommodate our request to have brunch. I feel this is very poor service.

    Our first time at Hearth and we will be back. The two of us had the baguette which was warm and excellent, a simple salad with a really fresh vinaigrette, and the spinach, artichoke, and prosciutto pizza. Everything was so good! And for dessert, we had the begnets: definitely worth the calories!

    Phenomenal, friendly, personable service. Varied but not overwhelming menu. Everything we tried was delicious from the cocktails through dessert. Pop up ski menu has some fun additions. A really great experience overall. We’ll be back!

    This restaurant constantly disappoints. We come here weekly as we live a few blocks away. Our experience is hit or miss every time. Sadly mostly miss. I actually worked here as the Food and Beverage Director and know the potential of this place. Only a few options for breakfast in walking distance which is why we keep coming back. We would love it if you could get your restaurant together and return it to the pedigree it once was.

    The service and ambience was great! BUT… a little pricey for what you’re getting… I was there last night and ordered the breaking bread that’s supposed to come with cambozal (cheese) and roasted whole garlic and it came with nothing. Just bread. I paid $21 for basically 1 plain pita bread. LOL. I really wanted to like this place because it’s cute, but the food didn’t match up unfortunately :(

    Business lunch. Not many people as it was a weekday in January. However the service was as excellent and professional and the food was fantastic. We heard about the rustic pizzas so had those and they were great. Crisp crust bubbled up at the edges wood oven effect was clear and the cooks know how to get the best results. The ingredients were fresh delicious and had a seasonal tone. We will return!

    We had a reservation for my daughters birthday. When we arrived they told us there was not enough staff to seat us for over an hour. They didn’t call us to let us know this would be happening and pretty much ruined our daughters birthday because of it. So unprofessional.

    We went for Christmas dinner and was served the worst meal we have ever had. There was no festive ambiance and the meals seemed to have been previously frozen and heated in a microwave. Our son had the cassoulet and the beans were probably from a can. It was awful. I have reached by email and phone to let the hotel and restaurant know and no one has returned my request to talk to someone.

    A Christmas Day feast , 3 courses. The arugula pear salad amazing , prime rib and mashed potatoes outstanding , my only small complaint , love some crispy green beans but these were a wee bit too crispy . Pecan tart oh my delicious. Service outstanding . As this was my first Christmas in a restaurant , wasn’t sure quite what to expect . It was wonderful. Thanks to all who worked this day .

    I rated this restaurant 5 stars overall primarily because the manager "Kai," and the other young woman seating folks were (and always are) superb...they always read my OpenTable seating request and have always been able to accommodate us. We're always greeted with warmth and consummate professionalism. We visited for the Sunday brunch that provides a nice menu that, while not extensive, will accommodate diverse tastes: we all had the Beignets and Eggs Benedict. So glad to see that the cheese grits remain an option, and we substituted (very much appreciated) those for the roast potatoes normally served with the Eggs Benedict. While the Beignets were a tad overdone, they were still delicious, and the Eggs Benedict were attractively presented, were hot and also delicious (the Hollandaise Sauce was very tasty). The eggs were poached to absolute perfection. Portions are appropriate for Goldilocks...not too small or too large...just right. I must say the coffee is also wonderful (though I do not know who the roasting company is): full-bodied, rich without being bitter or too strong. While the food at Hearth is consistently good, it REALLY makes a difference to be greeted and appreciated as a customer. The staff here works hard and cares about their customers!

    Had dinner on enclosed porch - well-heated and low background noise. Service was great. Unfortunately, food was not. Dressing on Caesar Salad was bland and did not taste like Caesar dressing. Rockfish and lentils were also very bland and almost tasteless. Brussels sprouts appetizer, however, was excellent.

    A Thanksgiving dinner with NO stuffing??? A tablespoon of cranberry sauce, barely any gravy and when we requested more they brought a thimble full! The service was terrible!

    The service during our dinner nearly ruined our night out. Even with a fork still in our hand, we were repeatedly asked if they could clear our plate. They behaved like a low-cost diner, not an upscale restaurant. Ambience is severely lacking and the noise level is overwhelming and distracting. Cannot suggest that anyone go here for a nice night out.

    Everything was great except the ambience. Felt like a cafeteria: basic tables and chairs. We're hoping they're in transition, renting furniture till the good stuff arrives.

    We went to Hearth for Thanksgiving, and it was delicious! I think the turkey was some of the most tender turkey I've ever had. The meal was fantastic, and the only thing that would have made it better is stuffing instead of brussels sprouts. But all of us thought the meal was fantastic. And Jason provided friendly service, making the meal even more enjoyable. Oh...and dessert was great, too.

    We enjoyed Hearth for the first time for our 2022 Thanksgiving dinner. The service was prompt and accommodating. Three of us dined and had the turkey and salmon dishes, all beautifully prepared and presented. The apple tart tatin was passable but unremarkable - bit still a five star review for the overall experience , ambiance and the food.

    I love the shrimp n’ grits on the Sun brunch menu but was disappointed to see yesterday that they no longer serve it with grilled sourdough and worse, the wonderful tomato-y sauce was practically nonexistent! I don’t mind having to order a side of grilled sourdough and would rather pay more to get the shrimp n’ grits with extra sauce. I even have a photo from a year or so ago of the dish they used to serve. So, next time I will ask for extra sauce and don’t mind an additional fee.

    0 stars for the lies. I ordered the duck on suggestion of server as best entree. They brought out entrees and what looked like lamb to person bringing out but server confirmed it was duck. So I tasted it and so did my significant other it and it tasted like lamb so we ask server about it. He took it back to kitchen and brought it back out. And said yes this was duck since lamb was served on a bone. It was mediocre and I didn't want to hold up the party but looking it up after leaving the restaurant, the "duck" dish that had the pomegranate pieces and kabocha squash which matched the lamb side vs cabbage and bread pudding for the duck. The server said duck was his favorite dish so both the kitchen and server had to be lying. Kinda funny, but also kind of maddening. Unless you love Gaslighting do not go to Hearth!

    Restaurant was sparse , chilly, no ambiance. They forgot our appetizers and served dinner , waitress was nice but it was odd. No need to go back
