Great food, great service good atmosphere. Went for a three year anniversary and I was worth every dollar spent. Best steak I've had in a while. I will definitely be coming back for any occasion or date night. Can't wait to come back.

Food was ok, thinking it was an off night. Was here about two weeks before on a Thursday had the same meal and it was much better then. Service started off great and quickly went down hill. Our waitress got loaded with several tables and no help. Ordered a second drink that never came. Asked for a dessert menu which never came, eventhough our waitress came back to our table twice after we asked. Overall we wouldn't go out of our way to go back.

Despite a week’s notice of reservation, we were first sat at high-tops, with a 7:30 close-out. The hostess then said that we could move to a table downstairs, with no close-out time. We chose the table downstairs.

While the waitress was wonderful, we were celebrating my boyfriend’s birthday and nothing was said or done on part of the restaurant. I noted in the initial reservation that we were celebrating a birthday.

Overall, the restaurant had good food and ambiance, but the staff gave off a different first impression.

My bestie and I ate there recently Dec. 2017. We had the Tempra Lobster...awesome! It was also Steak Night on Thursday. We have the Delminico steak aged and grilled to perfection along with Truffled fries. It was charred great and melt in your mouth steak and the Truffle fries were rich in tastes! Check out Steak Night!

We went on a Thursday night. The restaurant was beautiful and cocktails delicious. While the lamb lollipops were ok, the shrimp and lobster risotto was bland and depressing. Wish we'd have gone somewhere else

We only had appetizers, but we enjoyed the selection, especially the quail. I do wish they had had more gluten free options.

This place is good for cocktails and that’s about it. The food was chili’s or Applebee’s quality at a mid-high end price. Both steaks ordered came out at the incorrect temp. I ordered the NY, it was very dry, over cooked and lacked flavor. A good server would have come back to the table to make sure everything was prepared to our liking and perhaps then he would have noticed that some of the food was not being eaten. Overall amazing ambiance, pot service, very poor food quality.

The place you have is very cool inside and we liked the setting. But the food we had the stuffed red fish and salmon were not very good at all. Flavors were lacking and the only thing you could taste was the salt which seemed to be piled on.

For our anniversary it was a big disappointment.

The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star review was the noise level. There was a band for the brunch and we literally had to yell at each other to hear our conversations. For was great and the portions were generous.

2nd time back in two weeks. Tried different dishes than from the previous visit & was not disappointed at all. The ratings given here would also apply to the first visit.
Only concern was that after we finished the main course & didn’t have desert there, it took a little long to get someone to acknowledge us & bring the check. This is minor & I will be back.

Fist the Customer Service was second to none - The Hostess called to confirm our reservation and because my Church parents are Elderly, she wanted to seat them upstairs or in the back - but these folks wasn't having any of that - they wanted to be in the front, near the band. LOL.
The Food was amazing! I ordered the Salmon Omelet with Egg Whites and it did not arrive in front of me correctly, however our Server was right on it and gave me a Complimentary soup (which was Delish) to make up for it. The Ribs were excellent and Mama Dee really enjoyed her French Toast but kept mentioning she should have ordered the Chicken & Waffles (being that it wasn't Chicken Strips). The recognition of Cooley's birthday and their 30th Anniversary from the Band won them over. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and kept thinking me for a time well spent. They told ALL of their family & friends (near and far) so I'm sure you will be getting more customers in the days & months to come.

We have yet to have a bad time at this restaurant. The atmosphere is wonderful, with the high ceilings and original brick walls. The added decor does a great job of breaking everything up a bit and to add some vibrancy. The beautiful chandelier greets you as you arrive, and so does the smell of incredible food. The booths are cozy and intimate, and you may feel at first you are a bit close to others but it's incredible how fast that feeling goes away as you have drinks and dinner. The service is always wonderful - waiters have a warm, welcoming vibe constantly and always make a diner feel like they are the only guest. The upstairs seating is just as fantastic with a neat few out the windows and down at the other patrons below. Great and diverse menu - food and drink. Honestly I am always happy with the wine we pick and the food we order. Recently had the salmon; cooked perfectly with an incredible, complimentary sauce. For each dish I've had, there is always an enormous, but not overwhelming, amount of flavor that makes your taste-buds quite pleased. Everyone always seems quite at ease and a spirit of camaraderie permeates the air. A wonderful find in downtown, with a great balance of intimacy and openness to the restaurant around you.

Had an early reservation to make a 7:30 show. Server was very accommodating with our request to keep it speedy. Really nice cocktail list (mine had bacon on it!). Ahi tuna was delicious. My salmon dish was good, but very salty (but I still ate it because I like my food saltier than most) and gave this feedback to the server and without prompting, she discounted half my entrée price. I very much appreciated this!

Food was great, service bad. We had our apps for about 5 minutes, someone came to clear and told us to hurry up our entrees were coming and he needed to make room. After entrees got cleared our waiter dropped the check and ran away. Had to flag him down to ask for dessert menus, guess he thought we didn’t need any.

This was my second time at Hearsay. I enjoyed the first time, sitting upstairs at the bar. There were no reservations available so my friend and I had our dinner up there. The drinks were excellent and the food was superb. I decided to come back with three other friends, but it didn't start well. The waitress told us that they were out of the scotch that we ordered so I switched to a martini with blue cheese olives. She immediately said they didn't have that, so I asked her to bring me some blue cheese and some olives and I would make them myself. Josh, the manager, came over, apologized and made sure my friend had a good pour with his replacement scotch and I had my blue cheese olives. We were all happy after that. The food, of course, was as good as the first time. We will be back.
