They were closed. We booked this for a birthday outing… drove down there to only find out it was closed. Ruined the night

The place was not even open. No one answered the phone no sign to say that they were temporarily closed. Why is it even a listing? Paid $40 to park at the local parking lot to find out this place doesn’t even exist.

I had to give all low marks. I made a reservation here and when I arrived at the place it was locked and closed. Not sure if it was a one night thing or what, but definitely inconvenient for me and my guests.

Restaurant was nearly empty other than a couple large parties. Drinks took 45 minutes, and came out wrong. At 7:30pm, they were out of vodka, cogniac & a chicken dish. Server was very nice, but bartender had no idea what was going on. Food came out majority correct, but food was not that hot. Beautiful restaurant, very cool aesthetic, but awful experience. Would not return. Overpriced for a poor dining experience.

They ere out of vodka, they were out of several items on the menu. Seemed that most of the staff were new and did not know what was going on. Our waitress was un-familiar the menu items and brought the wrong drink but did not check on us so by time she came back our meal was done and it was too late to order the correct drink. The valet was $25 - way too expensive. The restaurant was uncrowded on a saturday night.

What can I say, the decor and ambiance of the restaurant is fantastic and then it falls flat. Service was slow and seemed unorganized. Our server was good once he showed up. Food was mediocre. Food was never cold but it wasn’t hot either. Dishes had scales. My wife’s drink had leftover food in it. Manger did comp her meal and drink. This place has so much potential to be the stop but they really need to step up. Too nice of a place to let everything else be ok.

My anniversary was ruined! They called me and asked for another person name Ruby. I explained that they had the wrong number. Then he ask if I had a reservation at Hearsay. I explained yes but it was for a party of 2 not 5 and my name is not Ruby. The person said "ok well, your reservation is cancelled due to maintenance issue but you can go to my sister restaurant around the corner. This was the only option! They did not offer a discount or coupon or a new reservation!!!!!! AND to top it off, they called 1 hour before my reservation. We did not have time to get another reservation at a location where I could eat the food.

Host was high as a kite and was unable to pull off the drink order we eventually got 4 drinks after three attempt's and they were almost correct so we bailed on dinner for obvious reason its a shame as this is a really cool place i would guess this guy wont last the entire shift and it will return to normal

Server told us the only gluten free options were meat and veggies because the chef said the rest is premade. No bottle wine list, and then she wasn’t sure what to wine they had or prices. It was a bummer because we were looking forward to it and the inside was awesome. For this price point it didn’t seem right and we didn’t feel comfortable that gluten free accommodations would be made so we decided to go elsewhere. Bummer

The menu selection was limited for someone with a shellfish allergy and a dislike to other seafoods. I had the lamb chops which were “mid” they were seasoned ok but nothing made them special however; the accompanying sides were good. So just a decent meal. Now the Live Band in the Lounge was great! It would have been nice NOT to have to go get my own drinks at a line at the bar like I was 20 in a club though, and the Cigar area on the field was nice.
