   The Crafstman was really great, service was so friendly, food was super yummy. I have to say though, we were more blown away by the Westward, the attached speak easy. My husband and I love a good cocktail bar and this has quickly become our all time favorite. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, drinks off menu had complex flavors that weren’t drowned by sickly sweet syrup, and even made my husband a different version of a cocktail he’s been liking lately. 10/10 would recommend!!

   This was our second time visiting here. Service was fantastic and the cocktails and food were top notch! We can’t resist the Lavender Sour. Husband ordered a burger and it was cooked to his expectation (med rare). I had the fish and chips. The beer batter was so good! We finished with a brownie and ice cream.

   My husband took me to the Craftman in Verrado for my birthday and surprisingly was hardly anyone in there. The dinner portions are huuuuge, we could have easily shared a plate. There are pros and cons here. I had the salmon tacos, husband had the fish and chips. We started with the pretzel knot, very tasty with small cups of dips - very generous size pretzel but really good while there. Not so much when went to reheat next day. Would get rid of the crunchy cornnuts, if someone breaks a tooth on those, begging for compensation on dental repairs. The salmon tacos were very good, but they really need to chop up the julienned carrots on more than one bite, the carrots poked out between my teeth (good luck to those on a first date). You get 3 tacos, healthy portion of Mexican rice and refried black beans. Husbands fish and chips again very generous portions, I tried a bite of the fish, good tasting but kind of greasy. Being a higher end upscale restaurant would like to see them do away with serving soda pop with the can and glass of ice, really takes away the upscale feel of the restaurant. We will definitely go back for lunch at another time.

   Food was good, service was terrible. Did not get refills on water, waiter did not come back for 40 minutes after we received appetizers so we got the check and left.

   We went for Mother’s Day brunch. It was a great experience! Have been in for drinks before and always received good service, finally stopped for food and was very impressed. Will definitely be back!

   We have been to the Craftsman 3 times in the last couple of months. 2 precious times, the experience was good. Mother's day, which I did have high expectations for, was a disappointment. I had the Monte Cristo, which was OK, but not great. My wife had he Chicken and waffles. The chicken was good, but the waffles were hard and dry. Service was ok, but slow. Seemed to be understaffed. Took an hour for our simple order. Drinks were also ok. My wife had two Cactus coolers at $14 each, which is high and didn't even have the mint, which is a much needed part. The presentation was also ok. Prices for the food was appropriate, but for the drinks were high. I like the idea and would love to continue going here, but there are a lot of options and more on the way.

   They seem to be in transition again….2 in our party ordered meatball app and when the rest of us were being served our server said there was only 1 order of meatballs left! Then he ordered something else and after 20 min, not being served he asked for something else that would be quick. That took another 20 min and the rest of us were finished. Manager did comp their meals and explained the transition. I have no issues with our server. Also, their liquor selection leaves a lot to be desired as they didn’t have 3 of the whiskeys my husband asked for and when was one suggested it was $25/drink! Their speakeasy is a great atmosphere but again their prices are a bit steep! I would recommend for food but not drink prices.
