Nice place, good menu, great service. The music was quite loud, making it hard to chat with my friends.

The food was good, and we were there for the company. They were very patient with us and our requests.

We had a great experience. The service was excellent. The food was great and reasonably priced. We were able to get in and out in an hour. Would definitely recommend it for lunch!

Our server was absolutely amazing! He was so attentive and gave great suggestions. We’re excited to come back to try it all. Everything was delicious, but the bread pudding was especially to die for!

The hosts were also fantastic, making sure we felt taken care of right when we walked in. Really just a great restaurant overall!

Ordered a burger, it was good. Would have been great if it didn’t get served to me with a soaked bottom bun. Will go back, but the burger needs some work.

Went for lunch birthday outing. The “from scratch” made meal to the fabulous complimentary birthday dessert were amazing! Wonderful atmosphere, very courteous staff and delicious meal options. Highly recommend!

Have dined here twice in the last week, first time was outstanding but not this visit.

Manager appeared busy, but never saw her stop at even one table to check in with customers.

Simon was a scatter brain from the moment we were seated. Kept forgetting waters & the creamer for a decaf (might have offered a fresh cup when on the third reminder he brought the creamer over?).

My entree was not made correctly, hence, a 10% tip.

Since we both wanted a night off from cooking we took our family to Hazelwood for the first time. The menu had great variety and even with younger kids (8 and 9) it felt nice but welcoming for a family. Service was great and the food quality was on point. My husband is a chef and we have both been in the food and beverage industry for many years so it’s hard to find places that have a balance of casual but higher end food. Looking forward to dining there again

Birthday for mom, nice dessert brought out for ger

My two daughters and I decided to try someplace new for lunch today. We were not disappointed and in fact we will be back sooner than later.My one daughter had a chicken protein bowl and my other daughter had a cowboy burger. I had the burger as well. For an appetizer we had the tater tot’s with bacon and ketchup. We shared banana cream pie for dessert. The appetizer, the meals and the dessert were all 10’s! Excellent friendly service as well.

The food is always wonderful here. The service is great too. Chris was excellent, he has served us more than one and is always timely, attentive and respectful. Hazelwood is one of my favorite spots. I try to bring anyone who hasn’t been here for a meal and they’re never disappointed.

Great service and food. Don’t sit in front of the fireplace, it is way too warm and nobody seemed to know how to turn off the heat. Other than that, it was a great restaurant and everyone enjoyed their meal. I suggest making reservations, especially on the weekends.

The food is fantastic, prices were reasonable. We had walleye and angel hair pasta with shrimp and scallops. The food service was fast and our server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet and made for a great date night. The banana cream pie dessert is recommended.

Prior to our first visit to Hazelwood Bloomington, a read a article on how good the Hamburgers were, base on my and my Wife's taste buds is was OK nothing to brag about. The soup was great and the drinks very good, but very expensive. The service was extremely good. Not sure we would go back to Hazelwood Bloomington based on price alone.

The food here is wonderful. My husband and I choose Hazelwood as one of our go to restaurants. The menu has many choices. We have had several items and never anything we did not enjoy. All of the choices are very flavorful and great portion sizes.

The service is great and the ambiance and decor is very lovely. The patio is great when weather permits!

Unique and fun apps, good cocktails, upscale place. Loud and the table I was at wasnt exactly where I'd say us like to be.....back if rrturand, in between booths and in the traffic. I'll try it again though and would recommend it for a happy hour and meeting friends.

Outside of a loud, somewhat obnoxious group behind us, our experience was very good and felt very safe.

Simon was amazing! His service was quick and helpful, and always making sure we were doing okay. The food was incredible! I had the peppercorn salmon and it was one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever had. The artichoke dip was fantastic, and my husband said his burger was amazing. We will definitely be back!!
Oh and the bread pudding was INSANE! Highly recommend this place. I understand why it’s so busy!
