We had a wonderful evening celebrating our anniversary. Our server Kendra was amazing and went over and above to insure we had an excellent experience. The views, food and service were top notch.

The outdoor setting is magical. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Caviar was very good and champagne was a good value. Dinner rolls with duck fat butter was a delicious surprise. Crab pasta and garlic soup were good. Wagyu beef was good and duck was ok. Wish the skin was a little crispier but flavor was good and duck was very moist. Outdoor dining is definitely the way to go if the weather is good.

One of the worst restaurants I’ve been to in a while. Very limited and basic menu. Very boring food preparation. Brought up broccoli and cauliflower steamed with nothing on them. Service was a mess. Brought side dish before main dish. Then took it back. Waiting about an hour for main dish and about 40 mins for desert. Complete disaster overall.

What a beautiful way to enjoy a delicious lunch! Teresa was our server, and she was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and at tentative. We both ordered the burger. I substituted the horseradish aïoli on mine for the garlic aïoli. It was delicious! My husband enjoyed the horseradish aïoli on his burger. Some of the best french fries we’ve ever had as well. We then ordered the lemon meringue tart for dessert. It was incredible. We sat outside overlooking the vineyards and all the flowers. It was spectacular. We cannot wait to go back again soon.

Hazel Hill at Montage is always fabulous! The setting is spectacular, the service delightful and attentive, lunch was delicious as always. My favorite special and or just for fun restaurant in Healdsburg. Thank you for yet another outstanding luncheon and afternoon at Montage. The view is so unique, the staff never rushes you so we stayed for 3 plus hours. Montage is terrific if you have a reservation but also if you are out for a hike and want to have lunch.

Beautiful wine country setting and spectacular views. Love the restaurant vibe. Then downhill from there. The hostess was lovely. But our server was non existant for a lot of the meal. We ordered. My partner was in the restroom when she came with the glass and poured his wine by the glass. Did not wait for him to taste. And it was a short pour, especially for the price point. The wine was off. We had to send back via her assistant. She said she’d get our server. The waitress did not return for at least 5 minutes. We had to get up to get a manager to order another glass. From there, the manager took care of us, checking in, etc. Strangely the next pour was also short by the same server. The manager agreed and fixed that. Food was also sub par for a restaurant of this caliber. Salad of greens felt like it was from a grocery store bag. The tuna tartare had these weird sweet fruity things making it more like a dessert. We decided to end things and just share a mediocre $27 burger and cold flaccid fries. Come on, for a high end burger? It must’ve sat there and gotten cold before being served. We tried to finish with their version of a lava cake. It was dry and over done with barely any soft gooey chocolate, and a teaspoon of vanilla ice cream. We will not be dining here again. They need to work on their menu and their kitchen and train their staff better. However, we will be back for the bar, cocktails and a balcony view to die for this summer when it gets warmer. I am so disappointed that we can’t come back for special occasions or to bring our visitors from out of state or our UK friends. We just ate at Solbar in Calistoga. Night and day for servers, menu and food quality. We would recommend Solage an Auberge resort.

Overall, our experience was enjoyable, like Mother’s Day should. The property itself is beautiful. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, and we appreciated the friendly service from our servers throughout our meal. However, our experience with parking was a significant downside. The lack of self-service parking meant we had to use valet, which unfortunately was quite inefficient. It took nearly 45 minutes for our vehicle to be brought around. The valet area was chaotic, with a long line of cars waiting, some seemingly abandoned, and frequent honking adding to the frustration. It was evident that there was a lack of leadership or effective management in handling the parking logistics. While this issue didn't bother my wife and mom as much, it was a significant inconvenience for us and the other guests we spoke with. It seems to be a recurring problem, as another couple staying at the property also experienced lengthy delays when checking in on Thursday. This inconsistency in parking service might be something the management needs to address to improve the overall guest experience.
