   Went for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed our waiter (Tanner) and the food for the most part! Only issue was a medium steak served when we ordered medium well (that was still served medium after we sent it back) and quite a few gnats that kept us fanning. It was a quiet Sunday, and all of our food was hot and good - with the exception of the above!

   Customer service here is great. From the Valet to our waiter Paul a 10. The portions are Texas sized so leave room for dessert! The Chefs Favorite is listed as a starter and easily feeds two. My 1st time having elk meat and I was pleasantly surprised. Very savory but not greasy and seasoned very well but also not too salty! Thank you for making my birthday celebration with friends memorable.

   the food was amazing, the place was very nice , me and my bf don’t go to dallas often but i’m glad i came last night , and our server terrance was so sweet , he ended my boyfriends birthday dinner with a cake with caramel, i forget the name of it but it was so good i definitely recommend coming here and asking for him :)

   Showed up at 10:45 with a reservation. Guy at the front was rude and got on the phone. Lady saw it and came over to seat us. Waiter - Tanner was incredible. Only negative was the young man at the front.

   Out waiter Juan was great, the manager Tyler was great also. We had a great time celebrating birthday. We most definitely will be back.

   Beautiful restaurant, and our server, Emma, was a real joy. She was definitely a positive contribution to our fining experience. Elk tacos were a bit salty, but everything still tasted quite good. We’ll be back!

   we ended up sitting inside, not outside but this place was amazing! the atmosphere, the food, the service, everything was perfect. we went for date night and will definitely be back any time we’re in the area!

    Had a great experience at Haywire! I ordered the steak salad and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked steak, fresh greens, and a great balance of flavors. Our server, Mayah, truly made the visit even better. She was amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She made us feel right at home and took care of everything with a smile. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a solid meal and top-notch service!
