HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Come enjoy one or all three full service bars located on each level! From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. We take pride in our mind blowing whiskey selection, award winning wine list, and the variety of local beers and our signature craft cocktails. Haywire was the perfect date. The ambiance was classy cowboy meets the city. The prices were great especially for the taste, service and the presentation. Our waiter was very punctual and delivered excellent service. Both my husband and I said it is a great place to bring our out of town friends and family for an authentic slice of Dallas!

Could not have been better! Food was fantastic all around. Our waiter, Collin, was knowledgeable and attentive. Atmosphere was nice, modern with a lively vibe. Price with cocktails was very reasonable and in celebrating 50 years married and a birthday, two fantastic desserts were comped. Will definitely be back!!!

This was a very unfortunate experience. We have been here many times and had good experiences. Tonight was a mess. We were seated on the patio, not by request, it was overcrowded, packed and loud. I had even stated on the reservation we were there for a business event. No conversation could be had. Every aspect from drinks to food came out incorrectly. The handling of each mistake was the most frustrating part. It was as if they didn’t care and we should be ok with it.

Our table and menus were dirty. Drinks were ok. Chicken fried steak was good, mashed potatoes boring. Service was great! I’d prefer ice in our water glasses but it’s fine.

Went to Haywire for the Father's Day Brunch! Initially the brunch was scheduled to end at 3pm and we could only get reservations for 2:45p so we thought we'd end up with just the scraps. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they extended the brunch time, and all of the offerings were available to us upon our arrival. The food was excellent and plentiful!! However, it did take our waitress a little bit of time to remove our dirty dishes in the beginning.

I didn’t realize the Father’s Day menu was only a buffet until we arrived—which was a bit of a disappointment. By then, it was too late to pivot and find another spot, so we decided to stay. The buffet itself was just okay. There was a decent variety and plenty to try, but the overall quality felt more Golden Corral than special occasion. Nothing stood out as particularly memorable, and honestly, I wouldn’t go back for it. Service was pretty average—nothing terrible, but nothing impressive either. On top of that, the atmosphere was really loud, which made it hard to enjoy the meal or have a conversation. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend the buffet experience, especially if you’re looking for something that feels a little more elevated or celebratory.

We will certainly do some coaching to make sure our team doesn't miss this type of communication with our guests in the future and can redirect to a reservation at a time that meets their needs.
