HAYWIRE offers a hearty, refined Texas cuisine made with only the freshest ingredients that Texas has to offer. From the scratch made Cinnamon Bun, Route 66 Pecan Pie in our bakery, to the locally sourced beef on display; we have what it takes to indulge your taste buds.

Come enjoy one or all three full service bars located on each level! From our First Floor Whiskey Lounge, Second Floor Main Dining Bar and Third Floor Rooftop Bar you are bound to find the perfect atmosphere for your Haywire experience. Our table and menus were dirty. Drinks were ok. Chicken fried steak was good, mashed potatoes boring. Service was great! I’d prefer ice in our water glasses but it’s fine.

Went to Haywire for the Father's Day Brunch! Initially the brunch was scheduled to end at 3pm and we could only get reservations for 2:45p so we thought we'd end up with just the scraps. However, we were pleasantly surprised to see that they extended the brunch time, and all of the offerings were available to us upon our arrival. The food was excellent and plentiful!! However, it did take our waitress a little bit of time to remove our dirty dishes in the beginning.

I didn’t realize the Father’s Day menu was only a buffet until we arrived—which was a bit of a disappointment. By then, it was too late to pivot and find another spot, so we decided to stay. The buffet itself was just okay. There was a decent variety and plenty to try, but the overall quality felt more Golden Corral than special occasion. Nothing stood out as particularly memorable, and honestly, I wouldn’t go back for it. Service was pretty average—nothing terrible, but nothing impressive either. On top of that, the atmosphere was really loud, which made it hard to enjoy the meal or have a conversation. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend the buffet experience, especially if you’re looking for something that feels a little more elevated or celebratory.

Drinks came out right but half the food of the table was not cooked to our preference. I was pretty disappointed because I went here for my birthday this year. We took my dad and father in law here to experience it for the first time and it was lackluster from our initial experience.

Best restaurant and vibes in all of Dallas; the ambiance and level of customer service are impeccable, the environment is very energetic and inclusive, the food is hot, and the service is quick. No need to call for a server; they will serve you before you need anything. Loved the experience and loved the food even more.

This is one of our favorite spots. The food and service is always good. However, I did request a booth and instead of asking us early on if we would take a table as the booths were occupied, we waited past our time to get seated and we were early. Next, our waiter knew it was my husband’s birthday and we know that they give a free dessert, so when he asked we got the pecan pie. He brings that PLUS another dessert. So we paid for the one we thought we were getting for free. Yes we had two desserts but that was not necessary for him to do or good practice!!

Haywire never misses. We didn’t realize it was Father’s Day weekend—which explained the crowd—but honestly, it could’ve just been a packed Friday night. Either way, we cracked the code: make a reservation, show up about 30 minutes early, grab a drink at the bar, and by the time your table’s ready, you’re already relaxed and not rushing your cocktail. Our server was fantastic—super friendly and accommodating. I didn’t catch his name, but he rocked two earrings and curly hair. Total pro. The food? On point, as always. Haywire consistently delivers. It’s a vibe. Always has been, always will be. Definitely a repeat customer.
