   We seldom travel to Dallas without eating at Haywire...at least 3 or 4 times a year. And, we tell everyone else traveling to Dallas to visit Haywire! Great food...great atmosphere!

   From the moment we walked in, it was clear this wasn’t going to be just another meal—it was an experience. The ambiance struck a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, and the staff greeted us like old friends rather than just customers. We started with the house-made drinks, served warm smiles and conversation. Simple on paper, but unforgettable in execution. Every course that followed was a masterclass in flavor and presentation. The highlight was the steak and eggs, perfectly cooked, tender, and paired with small potatoes that has your taste buds dancing. The service was where the restaurant truly went above and beyond. Our server "X" anticipated needs before we even voiced them, offered expert advice on entrees, and ensured we felt like VIPs throughout the afternoon. Even handmade Blue Cheese Olives for my Martini since the bar was out of the classic olives. He was on top of it all and always came by to ask about our meal, a personal touch you rarely see anymore. By the end of the luncheon, we were already planning our return for an evening out before the end of the year. As we are from out of town, but would gladly drive the 1.5 hours to return. This place doesn’t just serve food—it creates memories. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be wowed.

   This place is an awesome dining experience! The ambience was nice, as was the overall dining experience. Our waitress (Destiny) was wonderful. She advised us on many dishes, refilled our drinks often, and was very engaging while assisting us with our options. The rooftop bar and cigar lounge was so inviting. I highly recommend Haywire as a great date night or after work wind down.
