   Santiago was an excellent Service as he was also instructing a new Wait Person. He was knowledgeable of the menu/food items and would make suggestions as to how he could better serve the various food plates. For example Not Cajun or no service were indicated. Again, when I return I will request to be seated in his section and will recommend him to friends.

   Food was served very cold and had 2 margaritas that were extremely tart, maybe too much lime juice. It happened twice and had to send them back. The waitress was amazing and manager was nice. Just disappointed that we spent that much at dinner and had issues with drinks and food.

   We arrived on time. Seated with no issues. 2.5 hours later - no food. Staff said they had a mix up. Food finally arrived cold and one of the steaks had to go back to be cooked to the like/requested temp.

   We really enjoyed our food. We had the mini elk tacos and onion rings for the appetizers. I ate the ribs and had enough to take home for lunch the next day. My husband has the meat loaf and ate the entire plate at dinner.

   Best restaurant and service in legacy west! We had a delightful time and the food was delicious. We especially love the big buffet style brunch with the Bloody Mary bar!

   We love Haywire. This was our third visit. Food was delicious and we were able to find a good balance of healthy food and delicious splurges for date night. We will be back.

   First visit to the Plano location and I loved it! Food and drinks were amazing! I had the grilled cheese barbacoa with the tortilla soup. It was delicious. Can’t wait to visit again soon. So many dishes I want to try! And the Frozen Texas Tea…. Wow.. I need to know how to make that. It was incredible.

    Never a bad meal and always hospitable. No matter the occasion they go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and you feel taken care of. This is our go to place to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and everything in between.

    Our food was excellent, and our waitress was outstanding. My only complaint was that the noise was so loud that it was difficult to hear the other person at the table.

    Amazing cherrywood thick cut bacon and homemade biscuits with jalapeño gravy were a few of the breakfast choices. Salad station offers fresh pasta, fruit green salads. Southern style favorites include chicken fired steak, mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Delicious bite size desserts to wrap up the buffet experience.

    Absolutely fantastic food! I could not tell it was buffet food, better than anything I’ve had in Vegas. Very good service and great atmosphere. We found out new annual Mothers Day Brunch!

    Food wasn't as good as other times, though it was extremely busy. Made reservations for a special family event and were seated outside in noisiest section, so didn't get the "special" celebration ambience we were seeking. Very pricey compared to food quality, would not go there for special occasions.

    The Hostess and the Wait staff were amazing. I had to modify my guest count at the last minute on one of the busiest days/Saturday and the Hostess was so accommodating and worked it out and my guests never knew there was an issue. My guests and I had the best time ever!

    The whole restaurant is beautiful. The food was delicious. The service was - for the most part, fine. Or rather, the server was great - but the waiting periods were obnoxious. Our reservation was at 545pm on a Sunday, and we were there until almost 8. I was annoyed and ready to leave by the end of it, even though my server was friendly and the food was delicious.     I loved from the moment I walked into the place. The host was very nice and I loved the fact they had both stairs and elevators. The dinner area was perfect with lighting and the servers were very tentative. Food was delicious. Grilled cheese/barbacoa sandwich and fried chicken with waffle was delicious.     We love Haywire. Food is always good, service was pretty good - felt A little short handed but they had great attitudes and tried hard to accommodate everybody. My steak wasn’t as good as usual but it was still tasty. Wife loved the redfish!

    Overall we had a great time kicking off my husbands birthday weekend. Our server was upbeat, professional and made the experience memorable. Initially I was concerned about eating outside with how hot it was but once we sat down and allowed a cooling off period it wasn’t too bad.

    Beautiful restaurant, food is average and did not live up to expectations. Great bourbon / whisky list but pointless if out of many of the Texas offerings. We had the cowboy meal and was particularly looking forward to the hyped bone- in ribeye, it was extremely fatty and not cooked to the desired temp of MR, resulting in a fatty, rubbery texture that was not appealing. The other selections where good not great, sides where small for a $275 dollar spread.
