Das Haywards Restaurant befindet sich am Rande des schönen Epping Forest und des historischen Stadtzentrums von Epping. Das Gebäude, eine umgebaute Kegelbahn mit zahlreichen ursprünglichen Elementen, erwartet Sie in einer stilvollen und eleganten Umgebung. Das Restaurant wird vom Ehepaar Amanda und Jahdre Hayward geführt. Ihre Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für ein qualitativ hochwertiges Angebot und spannende Gerichte ist unverkennbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind gut ausgebildet und bieten einen ausgezeichneten Service und die interessanten und spannenden Gerichte, die in der Küche zubereitet werden, erhalten gleichbleibend hohes Lob. Das Restaurant wurde bei den Essex Tourism and Hospitality Awards 2014 als Best Fine Dining Restaurant und Chef of the Year ausgezeichnet. Das Haywards Restaurant ist auch im Guide Michelin 2015 aufgeführt und wurde im BBC One's Taste of Britain vorgestellt.

    From beginning to the end everything was absolutely perfect. Food was stunning. Description of every course was perfectly executed and Amanda being her lovely self as always thank you again. We have been many times and we will go many more.

    We had an enjoyable lunch at the 'spirits tasting ' event, the starter was particularly good. We were given a voucher as a gift and had not previously dined at Haywards. We enjoyed the fixed lunch menu and the presentation from Adam representing Essex Spirits. However, we would have preferred a wine tasting experience as we rarely drink spirits.

    Lunch with friends who travel extensively and are visiting the UK. Before coming to Haywards they tried a new restaurant at a top London hotel and were disappointed, but said Haywards was far better and very impressive. We all enjoyed the creative and delicious food and the excellent service by the delightful front of house team. Relaxing ambience made it a wonderful day. Thank you Haywards!

    Fantastic meal - beautifully presented and fabulous flavours. Best soufflés we’ve ever had - Banana with Rum caramel - stunning! Certainly deserves at least one Michelin Star!

    Our favourite local restaurant. The food is always delicious and the Service excellent. Would definately recommend. Be sure to purchase a jar or two of their honey!!

    Our first visit at Haywards for a Sunday lunch and we will definitely come back. The food was exceptional from the beginning to the end. Very attentive service.
