理念
An enriching culinary experience, we set out to create delicious dinners while following a strict ethos on sourcing. We hold close relationships with all of our farmers and ranchers, making a uniquely personal menu. Dishes change weekly based on what is available on the farm and in the larder. While everything is sourced in a tight radius, the flavors are inspired by our travels and memories.

We are a curious and playful team, dedicated to taking our guests on a delicious journey where new flavors become familiar favorites. Join us for Goodbye Stranger, a no-holds-barred farewell party and fundraiser to help launch Hayward 2.0, in Carlton. This isn’t goodbye—it’s a love letter. A thank you. A dance, dance, dance, party to close this chapter and raise a glass to the community that helped us make this dream into reality. $50 gets you in the door and onto the dance floor. Snacks are on us, drinks on you.
