   We booked a 9:00pm…they weren’t reDy for us until 9:15 and the kitchen stopped taking orders at 9:45. Just felt rushed, but the servers did the best they could.

   Everything was great! Our brunch food and coffee was delicious! The only minor criticism is that our server didn’t check on us until the very end and we had to get going. It would have been nice to get a refill on coffee. Other than that, it was wonderful! We did get prompt refills on water by the bus boy. Thank you! I would definitely come back to this restaurant again.

    beware, scam! The property does NOT look like the pictures AT ALL. We can't even call it a rooftop. 3rd floor, no view and very dirty plexiglass window. I went there for Thanksgiving, I was so disappointed. I was expecting a Christmas atmosphere like in the photos, nothing out of the ordinary was on the program. Arnaque ! Ne ressemble pas aux photos, ce n’est pas un rooftop, nous sommes très bas niveau étage. Pas de vue, vitre en plexiglace salles. Vraiment rien à voir avec les photos. Cuisine trop chère pour ce que c’était et très salée. Service à revoir.

    Thanksgiving Meal with a pre set menu. Food was good but not spectacular, service was average and they seemed understaffed for the amount of tables to cover. Overall not a bad experience but we have had better in New York.

    Beautiful space and ambiance! Service was good, but the food was just okay. For a $200+ meal for two people, I expected my filet to be cooked to perfection, but it was way overdone and chewy, and my friend’s meal arrived lukewarm and got cold quickly. I wasn’t blown away, as it could easily have been a chain restaurant meal. I think this restaurant would be perfect for rooftop cocktails but I wouldn’t return for the food.

    Definitely won’t recommend. Booked weeks ago because liked menu. Then we were told it had changed to a thanksgiving set price menu which would have been ok except on reading reviews and the website it said they had a strict dress code ie like business attire as a minimum. So we got dressed up all glitzy only to be sat in what was like a sports bar. The place didn’t resemble the online photos. There were tables rammed in the bar area. Everybody was in casual day gear. Felt so overdressed. I asked for us to be moved to at least a table in a different section with a table light, which was only slightly better. The food was nice enough but definitely not worth the amount we paid in the setting we were in. Then a $50 gratuity was automatically added. So the 3 of us left very deflated at the experience we got compared to what we thought we would be getting.

    The place is beautiful. Service was very slow, we were the first seating for 2 for Thanksgiving price fixed menu, and it took just 2 hours… for us to be in and out…

    READ THIS! All the photos show a very ambient twinkly, enticing space. BUT, if you don’t request the dining space- which ONLY seats 4 tops - you will be escorted past all the twinkles and candle lit tables, and seated in a bar section with garish TV, no lights, not even a candle on the table. It’s literally a night and day difference.

    My mom and I had such a great experience!! The food was AMAZING and it was my moms birthday and they brought out a special desert for her at the end of the meal! We really enjoyed our experience here:)

    When with good lifetime friends any NYC restaurant can make things fun! This place added to our fun! It is unique in that you must enter hotel, hang in lounge while waiting for your roof access elevator to wine and dine 10 floors up! All sealed and warm for winter as we were here in the bitter cold! Delicious wine fabulous appetizers! Cauliflower grilled and roasted just perfect with heirloom tomatoes and chickpea. Hummus and pits so fresh and seafood tower a delight! Greeters at elevators so nice and management very helpful! We called and bumped our resy from 6 to 630 and were still late arriving at 7! Thanks for being so accommodating!

    We visited for cocktails and light snacks one evening and were not disappointed. The venue is pretty and the ambience very relaxed. Food and cocktails were delicious. The staff were welcoming and attentive.. it’s not a rooftop bar that has great views.
