Entering through a private elevator, guests are greeted by stunning city views & amp; lush greenery complemented by custom-built cedar wood furnishings. A variety of trees and floral arrangements accent the 2500 square-foot space, with plush earth-tone seating areas & creating a sultry and inviting aesthetic. The entire space is encased by glass walls, allowing guests to view the city lights and enjoy the Midtown views while remaining in the chic & intimate confines of the rooftop. In the colder months, the entire rooftop is heated.

Axel is a great asset to this restaurant. He looked after us so well
Went for brunch at 11:15am would have preferred to not hear the loud house music playing. Wanted a chill ambiance but seemed like a party scene
View was disappointing but the food and ambiance was good.
Delicious food- beautiful ambiance , great staff!
Food was okay, they only offered a select few items. Drinks were tasty and service was good. I’d go back to drink not eat/ food was overpriced and not very good - no flavor except for the truffle fries
This place was HORRIBLE! Extremely loud and awful food for the price
They’ve squeezed a lot of tables in, food was pretty rubbish. 20 minute wait to start the bottomless brunch, which is fair enough but then they said it had ended at the originally booking time … also quite slow to top up … not what I was expecting, pretty poor brunch and not great views when the place is covered up in plastic roofing … I wouldn’t go back
Good environment and great service. Definitely recommend.
Great food. Would definitely go back again. Views were great to!!
Just average. Probably better rooftop alternatives in midtown. Will not be back.
Pictures on website are very misleading. We expected so much more than there was. Waiter was friendly and efficient. Food was adequate.
I looked at the menu online when I made my reservation, but once I arrived at the place the menu was different and extremely limited. There were almost none of the food options available and it was not announced in the website which it’s very unprofessional.
A great pop up dining experience in the theatre district. The drawback if a noisy heating system and a very limited menu. Also, wear a sweater! The truffle fries are amazing.
Food average and overpriced
To start, I would like to say the service was excellent. Our waiter went above and beyond for us, which was one of the only positive notes. On the other hand, when we sat for our reservation , we were then told that they were out of meat, fish and pizzas. so that basically only left 2 pasta dishes on the menu and one chicken. I believe this was very unprofessional because they could have called their reservations and warned them that they basically had no food. We already ordered drinks by the time we found out and we had somewhere to be shortly after dinner so it was not like we could have just picked up and left. It was very upsetting that they did not tell people that there was no meat , fish or pizzas. However, my pasta dish I had was good and the cheesecake I had was to die for. If Haven had all their food like their menu said, it would have been excellent. But I believe that was just poor management not warning people
Good food, good service
But half of the menu cart was not available.
No Steak, Salmon, no Pizza
But the Chicken was very good
Didn't love the food at Haven Rooftop. Ambiance was nice - but the food felt bland, boring, generic.
Restaurant was empty during lunch hours (we were the only diners). Perhaps this is a place to visit at night for the view/ambiance?
Had such a great time
2nd time to visit
Totally enjoyed everything
The food was good but a little pricey for the serving size. The service was great the night I went and my date and I enjoyed ourselves overall.
beautiful rooftop, great food and service!
wonderful Sunday brunch place.
Must have the blueberry French toast for desert.
Best desert we had in a long time.
Really nice location in midtown. We went for brunch and it was nice to be in a bright outdoor feeling place in the middle of Manhattan.
So fun and super delicious
Mediocre food, rushed service, ppor ambiance. The view is the one good thing, though even that is soso.
The food and service was great and to dine rooftop with a view in Manhattan was special.
However, they do seem to have a lot of group events and the company group that was at the bar was extremely loud and made the experience uncomfortable and not as enjoyable as it could have been for those trying to enjoy dinner.
This place was chosen by my out of town Dallas companions due to the good reviews. This spot seemed cramped and they only had tables set for 4. I had reservations for 7 people but they split us up in two tables. We were told that the tables could not be rearranged to accommodate because of limited space. Then a table of 3 came in and they were seated at a table set for 6. The options for food were limited to pasta or fish both of which were over priced for the portion and effort. This is a rooftop spot with views limited to the rooftop of other buildings. We had 3 different waiters for the 1 hour that we were there. A person in our group wanted a shot of Hennessy which we were told would be $22. Outrageous prices. The overall patrons were not diverse and I believe this place was over priced. The doorman was nice.
It was a group of 3 or us we ordered a 2 pitchers of sangria, 2 glasses of Prosecco and a few appetizers. The bill came out to almost $300. Not only was the first pitcher of sangria pure ice and sparkling water but they also were rushing us out of the restaurant and hour before closing. They stated they close at 10pm however their site states 11pm. Highly suggest you to update your hours online. Also, when you only have about 4 tables to serve maybe you should try to service better considering your business seemed slowed.

Post NYC Marathon celebration drinks and dinner
Lots of fun and good food. We went to celebrate friends birthday. Waiters first introduction to us was that we could only have 90 minutes at our table. We ordered $150 bottles of champagne. This changed his attitude. They could use more than one restroom.
From the minute we arrived, we were rushed along and told we only had 90 minutes. If you took your hand off a glass or silverware the plate disappeared with out even being asked. The menu has been significantly paired down to literally get the food out in less than 5 minutes. The quality was average. At the end the check was brought before we were even ready. It was a complete fast food experience.
It could be understood during the pandemic and capacity was significantly reduced. However, they are at full capacity again and there were even empty tables. Too many places are taking this approach in NYC. We were pushed in and out in under an hour.
Again, if they were still at reduced capacity you could understand. Instead we just let like a number here.
Good pre-theater dinner. Menu was basic but well prepared.
We ate here on a girls trip to NYC. It met our expectations and more. Our waiter was wonderful, the lights outside were absolutely gorgeous, and even though it was early November on a rooftop, it was warm and inviting! The food was incredible from the carefully curated charcuterie to the melt in your mouth filet mignon. It was everything we were hoping for during our first night in the city.
Great service just lacking the ambiance I wanted for a roof too bar/restaurant
Great spot. NYC rooftops are nice.
Disappointing. Overpriced for what you got. Three sliders for $20. Saw the server 3 times. Tried to make it exclusive but I don’t know why.
Haven Rooftop restaurant is our go to place when in the city to see a show on Broadway. It's conveniently located, the ambiance is amazing and the food and service is excellent. Try it for brunch too, where the menu is tasty and you can get $28 bottomless mamosas. I highly recommend Haven rooftop to anyone.
The staff was very awesome and we’re quick to fill up drinks!! The place is so cute and the food was great for the price!
Date night with my boyfriend. It was a great time. The staff was really attentive to us. Our meal was really good. We had a good time
