Beautiful views, great food!
40th birthday dinner - this place is a gem!!
We had a great time on national wine day with half priced bottles of wine and delicious appetizers. Lovely view. A true midtown oasis.
It was cute but couldn't see anything on the streets but construction. The food was good and the price of reasonable to I might recommend to a friend if they want to have to rooftop experience. Otherwise, I was a little underwhelmed. In addition to this, our meal began a little rocky because when my friends and I showed up we were asked twice if we were all over 21 (and we are not) and it seemed very odd to ask because we just went for lunch. We were never given an answer to why our age mattered so it was just odd and confusing for us to be immediately asked our age as if we couldn't be there because we were too young.
The atmosphere is the Haven Rooftop was excellent. Service was great and most importantly food was delicious! Just so you know, you shouldn’t arrive before noon on Sundays. They will let you go up but won’t let you in, so you’ll have to take the elevator back down and wait. Overall very enjoyable experience
It was overall a good experience. Will definitely recommend.
Horrible seats even though we made resverstion.
Food was average - nothing out of the ordinary. It was very overpriced for the quality.
My boyfriend and I went here for a late Valentine's Day dinner. The penne pasta, margherita pizza, and fondue for two were delicious. The service was great and the decor looked very nice.
Decent place but think the food isn’t cheap for the quality. You are more paying for the location. Had a DJ playing 80s music which we really liked and would happily go there for an after show drink.
Felt like it was over priced for what it was
Service was not good. Food was mediocre and menu was limited. There are many other nicer restaurants to choose from.
Mediocre view from high up in Times Square. Server messed up order, fine I'm not picky but not worth the price tag. Felt like the kale salad and mozzarella app were made by me at home on a sloppy night. The steak was good, the wine not really. Better spots for dining.
Amazing place, with a nice view. Very romantic as well food was delicious, I love this place.
Maybe on any night other than valentines day. I had to wait 20-30 minutes in between each course. But the check came quickly.
Had a great Valentine’s Day dinner at Haven. Service was great, we were seated immediately, and our waiter was attentive but not intrusive. My date had the lobster & risotto. The lobster was a tad over cooked, but the risotto was very good. I had the filet mignon, and it was incredible. Presentation was good, appetizers were great, and the cheesecake was probably the best I’ve ever had. She had the chocolate mousse and said it was incredible as well.
The atmosphere was nice. The music was kept at a low level so we could talk at normal volumes.
The price for the prefix menu made it all a good value, and we'll certainly consider Haven again for future valentines dates.
It was a nice place, food was good drinks were ehhh. For a fixed priced menu ended up paying $300 which I thought was a bit much. Only because I paid almost the same amount at The River Cafe which is wayyy more intimate and nicer venue. But still good time.
My wife and I enjoyed our experience there, it was new to both of us. I really enjoyed my salmon with lentils and mashed potatoes. My wife , on the other hand, wasn't too thrilled about the lobster roll; she thought the roll was little dry and the lobster had no flavor. I'll server Carlos was top-of-the-line, I give him an A+, give him a raise! We will be back. But my wife did love the calamari appetizer and the creme brulee! Thank you.
We got there early. Had a great dinner in a quiet restaurant before they got busy. Great food and service. Very attentive
The waiter was not attentive and obnoxiously slow. He got my order wrong, even after he asked me a question about it. He tried to charge us for a glass of prosecco. The food was mediocre. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone...
Such a cool space with excellent service and food. Portions lived up to reasonable prices. My son's French Toast was large and delicious. My guac and lump crab appetizers were better than I've had in Florida!
Food and location was great but service was horrible. Would have ordered more drinks and dessert if the waiter ever came to our table. After waiting 30 minutes we finally had to get up and walk to the front just to pay our bill and leave.
The hostesses didn’t pay attention to two girls as much as they did older men at the bar. We asked for a birthday celebration option four times and was told the price when we were getting ready to leave and didn’t have time to order one. The overall ambience was very nice but the service was subpar
THE OVERALL FEEL OF HAVEN WAS REALLY NICE AND FUN. THE LOUNGE AREA FOR DRINKS IS NICE AND COZY WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS. THE RESTAURANT AREA WAS NICE BUT NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL. I HAD A PARTY OF 11 PPL AND WE WERE CRAMPED IN OUR SEATINGS, WE FELT SQUEEZED IN. THE DRINKS ITSELF WERE GOOD BUT NOT GREAT, WE DID HAVE TO SEND BACK SOME DRINKS (WHICH I HATEEE DOING) BUT THEY WERE COMPLETELY FLAT AND THE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS HAD N0 ICE! IN A MOJITO NON THE LESS. THE FOOD WAS OK BUT NOT GOOD BUT THE PRICING IS WAY TO HIGH , I EXPECTED BETTER FOR THE PRICE. IT WAS A NICE EXPERIENCE, THE STAFF WAS GREAT, JUST THE FOOD AND SOME DRINKS WERE NOT DOING IT FOR US. OVERALL I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR DRINKS AND SMALL PLATES BUT NOT THE RESTAURANT PORTION.
Great service! Great atmosphere!
Pas top comparé à ce qui est dit dans les commentaires pour du 4* j’ai connu mieux! Ils propose sur la carte ce qu’il n’ont pas en cave pour un prix non adéquat du coup...
A part ca personnel agréable
We had a great time watching the Superbowl
They did a great job with the Super Bowl party. The food was great. Good service. Fun crowd. Only problem was the score for the game
Our 35th wedding anniversary and after renewing our vows at St Patrick’s Cathedral, this was the perfect place to celebrate w/our adult children. The food was amazing, beautiful window table w/view of St Mary’s and nearby theatre district. Cozy decor but the service was spectacular, especially Vivian! So outgoing and topped our brunch off w/a large sparkler as they sang happy anniversary to us while serving a dark chocolate fondue w/fruit,cookies n marshmallows. What a perfect day! Thank you!😘
The service was not great and the restaurant is starting to look a bit worn. It’s a great space but I think better service and a facelift would go a long way.
Thourgly enjoyed my visit to haven! Food was good and the vibe in the place was good too! Would go back
Everything was top notch, except for the waitresses attire.
She had on a tight leather jacket that pushed 90% of her boobs out of the aforementioned jacket.
This wasn’t Hooters.
I found that attire to be tasteless.
There were people of all ages dining.
Maybe the young men appreciate the attire, but I didn’t nor did I appreciated her bending forward in-front of my husband.
Management should rethink the “uniform”.
The atmosphere was wonderful as was all of the items we ordered.
Great place for a surprised date brunch!!!!!
Did brunch at Haven before a Broadway matinee show and it was perfect!! Amazing food the huevos rancheros and avacado toast are a must!! The decor is great for all your insta posting!
Great time great food!
The meat was chewy and didn’t seem like a filet mignon at all. Service was great and beautiful rooftop but the TV in the corner ruined a little of that. Service was great! Our server was on top of everything.
Great place for an out-of-the-way spot. You are transported away from the "craziness" of the NYC streets.
Very cool spot in the city. Cozy atmosphere. A log cabin in the middle of the city with tasty sliders and drinks.
Good food, fun eclectic choices on menu. Tuna tartare was excellent. Felt a bit cramped.
Decoration and service was outstandingly perfect. It was my first visit, food service was fast.
