   I dined alone here; was offered a high table and was happy to sit at one. The waitress didn't seem that interested in coming over to take my order, took at while. Once I ordered she was more attentive. The high tables didn't have any kind of view. Being a rooftop bar, from where I sat, you couldn't really tell it was one. The food was nice; I ordered the chicken and it was a nice portion, but not huge. I was happy with it and tasted great. Overall, a little disappointed. If you were attending with friends or a group it probably would be a better experience as the tables are arranged for groups to have great views and enjoy the ambience and atmosphere a lot more. Wait staff could be more attentive, but could have just been the night I was there.

   I made a reservation weeks in advance for a table at Haven rooftop. It was to be a birthday celebastion. Upon entering our table was not ready, and when we were given a table, it was a cocktail table with couches, not a table for Dining the manager attempted to provide us with a table, which was a table for two although we were 3. Once finally seated, we quickly ordered as we already lost a half hour. Then we waited almost an hour for food leaving only 15 minutes to eat in order to get to our theater in time m the omelettes for scant as were the other dishes, certainly there was no value I would never return given. There are so many other restaurants in the area that have so much more to offer, and able to honor a reservation

   Came for the atmosphere. I was hoping to get a good meal. Sadly, the food was sub-par and ¡ guess ¡ complained to the manager when it was too late?! Sorry David, maybe our waitress should have been more attentive?

    They made the biggest deal about having a reservation & refused to allow me fo sit in an open section or sit at the bar if I didnt have a reservation. So I had to make one right on the spot to sit where I wanted. Hostess was rude & snippy. The table & chairs were sticky. Was not a fan. NEXT

    On a positive note. Staff was very nice and attentive. Our server was great. Nice ambience including the horn honking outside. Being a native New Yorker didn’t notice it at all. Drinks were great. Unfortunately, I have to say the food was terrible. Three of us had Lobster Rolls. They were without a exaggeration, the worst Rills we’ve ever had. The meat tasted old and cheap. Made with a watery mayo and stale, over toasted roll. It was very disappointing and for $30 expecting something closer to Luke’s Lobster. Judging by the reviews I’ve read. People have had much better experiences with other items, so I’ll possibly give it another try. It also didn’t help that both elevators went out as we were leaving and myself, daughter and 78 year old mother had to walk down 9 flights of stairs.

    The Sunday brunch felt like a party. The waitress was especially friendly and the food was really good. If you're looking for quiet time after a big Saturday night this is not it. When you get off the elevator it's electric. Fun music - a little loud in a good way!

    we went for Sunday brunch and had the best service from Axel. He was very kind and very attentive. The food was good- I was a little disappointed that my poached eggs were actually hard boiled, but otherwise, nothing to really complain about. The bottomless mimosas were worth it! he never let our glass get more than half empty. we really enjoyed our time while dining here.

    Really not impressed. The food was virtually tasteless. Insipid. This was an early pre-theatre dinner. We would have done better grabbing a slice of pizza on 47th Street!

    I wish the tables for two were a little bigger. The space is small but overall recommend this restaurant. Food and drinks were delicious. Workers were friendly. Will definitely come back.

    The happy hour is a very limited menu which is not advertised. Disappointing. You also have to sit AT the bar which seats 4 people to utilize the “happy hour” discount. Not so happy! But the service was accommodating and allowed us to get the happy hour prices. Meh at best, but great servers.

    If you’re needing a meal or drink near Times Sq or Radio city it’s a great choice but not necessarily worth going out of your way for. Rooftop is nice. Chairs are comfortable. Food is good. Service is slow. Decent value. Solid pick but not necessarily memorable.

    Great location, cute rooftop with nice decor. Food was decently priced and good portions. Cocktails are delicious (try the cielo if you like spicy)! Our waiter was attentive and provided great service.

    Wow. How to describe how bad this was. As a rooftop it’s awful, no view what so ever. Even after advising this was for a special occasion we were seated in an area which felt like a sports bar. The food was bang average at best and not cheap. Staff counting the tips at the end of the night. And the kitchen shutting early. I could go on how bad an experience this was but I wont. There are much, much better rooftop bars/eateries.

    This was our second time dining here. Our food order was wrong and we had to send it back. The table next to us also had a wrong order. The server didn’t apologise to us which was rather disappointing. However, we had a great time previously and would definitely go back.

    Greta service and great food, but the sun was a bummer. They definitely need something to make the heat level in there a little less when it’s brunch time maybe some fans or some More shade besides of that will definitely go back just maybe not for brunch

    Wanted to grab brunch before heading to weekend matinee play. Saw this rooftop a few blocks from theater and made reservation well in advance. Table was ready on time, Luis our server was excellent. Shared recommendations and answered all our questions. It was very warm and also noisy, most tables were full. We all enjoyed our meals and drink choices. Very pretty rooftop, would highly recommend and would absolutely return. Just hope when weather is warmer they turn up the air.

    I wouldn’t go back due to the lack of air flow. With all of the plastic walls up, it was stifling on the rooftop. It was also too loud for my tastes. I’ll leave this place for the 20 somethings. The food and service were fine.
