HAVEN Riverfront Restaurant and Bar

I went to Haven with my boyfriend for a date night. My favorite part of my experience was the view of NYC skyline and the ambiance of the restaurant. Great music and it’s not too loud, so you’re able to converse and still hear who’s talking. Our waitress was great! She was friendly and very good at her job. She came periodically to check up on us.

The food was okay. My expectations were high coming into this experience. We got the char grilled octopus and truffle mac and cheese to start. Those were good. I got the filet mignon topped with garlicky shrimp for my entree and a side of asparagus. I asked for medium-well filet mignon and what I got was burnt and very dry. Even with the sauce on top it’s was so dry. I let our waitress know and she was very nice about it and took it off our bill. My boyfriend got the ribeye topped with crab meat with a side of Brussel sprouts. His steak was cooked like he asked and he liked it. I tried it as well and it was good. Finally, we shared the churro pastry with vanilla gelato for dessert. It was the highlight of my meal. It was delicious.

If we return, we would go in the summer to be able to sit outside and enjoy the view and only order drinks, apps and dessert!

It was a great experience. We have visired Haven for or five times in the evening , this time we did brunch. The food was delicious, the drinks were good. The prive for the brunch was good. The service professional and friendly. Even though all tables were occupied, I was not closer than 6 feet to anyone that was facing me (except from my party). The view gorgeous. I really like this place.

Amazing experience honestly they exceeded my expectations

My wife and I were celebrating Valentine's Day. We had a wonderful experience. We both ordered steak. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. Luis our server was very attentive and made the experience even more memorable. The views were amazing and the vibe was great. We will definitely be back.

Very profession staff with great service ! Food was outstanding with lovely garnish. Location is great and I will be there in the summer for the outdoors view ! Highly recommended to everyone.

I really loved how fast the hostess sat you down. The ambience was great, the service was phenomenal! The food was exceptional, only thing was I ordered filet mignon for my daughter, medium well cooked, and my steak cooked to medium rare, when we got our food her filet mignon was cooked medium rare and my steak medium well, but the food tasted great, and when I informed them about the mistake they accommodated me with taking $35 off the bill.

Great location, ambiance and service ! Would revisit !

We have been to Haven many times since they first opened years ago. Haven for us is “Heaven on the Hudson”! We highly recommend this restaurant. Everything is perfect. A beautiful romantic place to enjoy life with the person/people you are with!

Very good service. Sebastian was our waiter and he was exceptional. He knew the menu and the wines. He was patient and never rushed us to make a decision. Food was delicious and well prepared. Steak was cooked to my preference. We will return!

Valentine’s Day reservations for 4:30 were perfect! Several other couples arrived with us but everyone wore their mask and all seating followed proper distancing recommendations. Warmly greeted by host and wait staff, amazing drinks, and a perfectly cooked delicious NY strip. The wife was very happy and so was I. Will definitely be back to Haven.

It’s was my spouse birthday and this was my first time there as well as my spouse. The environment was amazing. The view was so beautiful. The servers were amazing. The food was Omg fantastic. The drinks on point. Just overall amazing experience. I was in love with the place and my spouse.
