Haveli Indian Grill & Cuisine
Buffet was horrible. No salt no chili in any of the curries.
Better order a la carte and tell them to put some salt and chili in the curries.
Definitely do not recommend buffet here.
Food was excellent. Can’t go wrong with the shrimp korma. We will be back.
Don't let the lack of a crowd keep you from trying this great restaurant. Awesome food!
Wonderful restaurant. Food was delicious and fast service. The manager was very friendly. Celebrated my son’s 9 th birthday at this restaurant. It was my 2nd visit.
Very nice, quiet, restaurant. Good food.
Went for dinner . From having a long list of cocktails, they weren’t able to make any due to there being no barman working Friday night. They offered me beer or wine, I don’t drink either, so I had water. Our samosas although tasting pretty good looked as though they were from the day before , and a little bit greasy. I pointed to a picture of a curry in the menu and asked what that was and our waiter said, oh that’s not our picture we just use pictures from wherever. Really ? Anyway, my husband liked his fine, but mine just didn’t taste right. There was no atmosphere whatsoever, a very disappointing visit to try out a different Indian . We will not be back .
We had a great time and the food was great
No one at the restaurant when we arrived. There was also no music playing until it was asked for by another patron who arrived later. The restaurant is beautiful but ambience was lacking because who wants to eat dinner on a Saturday night in an empty restaurant.
The food was not flavorful. We have had much better at other Indian restaurants.
We will not be returning.
We love this place great food we have friends that travel from Dayton OH to eat at your restaurant
We always love Haveli.
My family & I love Indian cuisine.....Havali is probably the best we have had
Very authentic with great spice and choices. Nothing that is served is less than perfect.
Little disappointed 😔.. on last Sunday buffet . The quality was not up to the mark. Goat curry was missing goat.. service was late
Excellent as always.
Comfortable and elegant decor. Food was outstanding! Some of the best Indian cuisine I have ever had and I make my own. We went as a family, but can't wait to go back for a date night.
This was our first time at Haveli. We were very impressed. The food was delicious - we had Chicken Tikka Masala & Vegetable Biryani. The service was outstanding. Very friendly & personable. Will definitely return & also order take out.
This was our third trip. The Naan is the best I have ever eaten. All the entrees are delicious. This time the service was slower than normal. The other times there was no waiting. This time a half our to get our food and another half hour waiting after we were through eating. All the employees are so extremely nice. I had the Navratan Korma. It as outstanding. My spouse had the Shrimp Tiki Marsala. It had a strange red orange color. It looks like food coloring was added. I had the chicken Tiki Marsala and it had a normal tomato base color. Not sure why the Shrimo Tiki Masala would have this fake color but it was delicious.
This was our 4th visit here- always great food and service. Loved the lamb chops !
Very good food and ambience
Great service, very accommodating to requests, large variety of choices.
Finally, some great Indian food in West Chester. We tried Haveli based on the good reviews in Open Table.....they were spot on. We had a great time and we are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to go back again. Really interested in trying the buffet.
First time here. Came for Valentine's dinner. We both had lamb with different sauces. They were delicious.
Food and service as good. Attentive
Food was fantastic! This was about the best Indian food we have had. Service was spotty, and we did not get the wine we ordered. But the Dal makhani and mango lamb was outstanding!
Slow service, average food. Lovely decor, friendly people. Unless I read things improve, I won’t be back
Everything was great except my son who has a tree nut allergy ordered a dish in which the sauce was made using cashews. He started getting with the classic symptoms of an allergic reaction. There was no indication the dish he selected was made using tree nuts. If you go there to eat, and I do recommend it, just make sure to ask about the ingredients used in preparing the dish.
The best atmosphere of any Indian restaurant I've been to, with great food to back it up! One of the best kept secrets in Cincinnati.
Excellent taste...a nice staff
Decided to try Haveli for a dinner. My wife historically hasn't cared for Indian food, but I persuaded her to give Haveli a try. We were both delighted with our meals. I had the Fish Tikka (salmon), and she had the Malai chicken kabob. Both were spiced 7 out of 10 and were very spicy. Both dishes were excellent. We'll both go back for more.
Love Haveli’s! This was our 4th time here Love the lamb, curries and grill items! Great food, service, variety and family owned
Upscale and very classy!
If you're looking for a great place to impress a date, that happens to like spicy food then you will enjoy this place. The look is upscale and not bleak and spartan as one normally finds for Indian/Asian food.
The food and service were excellent. Check the menu for things you might like. My wife had one of the lamb kabobs and I had an excellent lamb chop dish. I do forget the names. We both chose medium (5/10) spice levels and found them a little spicier than we've become used to in bland Cincinnati. We'll likely specify level 3 or 4 out pf 10 next time, and there will be a next time!
I'd recommend you check the menu and give this place a try.
All around fantastic experience!
Went on a Thursday night and made reservations with the Open Table App. The reservations weren't necessary but the availability is there.
First off, the place is gorgeous. Really gorgeous. Very beautifully decorated, nice water feature in the front lobby area and very nice seating. Standard size and large booths. Full bar with seating at the bar as well.
You could go casual, business casual or formal to Haveli and not feel out of place either way.
The food was well priced. Slightly on the higher side but well worth it. If you don't mind paying good money for good food, then you won't have a problem with it. I wouldn't quite call it expensive but for three meals, naan bread, drinks and no appetizers, the bill came to about $75. Just to give you an idea.
The food was fantastic. One of my staple "first time trial" Indian dishes that I order at an Indian restaurant is lamb korma. It tells me that quality of meat they use and gives me an idea of one of their well seasoned recipes. Perfect! One of the best kormas that I have had in a while. Great flavor, great seasoning and the lamb was beautiful.
Is there naan breads are very tasty and everyone at the table enjoyed their meals also.
Would I go back? Yes. Definitely. I'm very much looking forward to going back, bringing friends there and telling people about this new restaurant. Visit their website and you can read a little bit of their background. The owner / chef, Mani, came out and said hello to us before we left. We enjoyed a conversation with him and he gave us a little history of the restaurant and their successful beginning in Iowa City, Iowa. It was a pleasure speaking with him and I look forward to seeing him again soon.
The food is delicious. Great variety from the traditional Indian cousine.
Great new Indian restaurant with true cuisine from North and East of India. Serving size for dinner is great. Pleasant service. Five of us booked table and they were all ready to take cate. Great Indian beer. We tried Lamb dishes and various vegetarian dishes and varieties of Naans. All done very well.
The restaurant is clean and has a good ambiance. The service was very slow. This was on a Sunday night , when it was not crowded! The waiters were very polite and friendly, but not attentive enough. We had to call them 3 times when we were ready to order! The food was good but not exceptional. The Naans were excellent! Not a bad deal for the price. Worth trying one time.
Loved our dinner here! Great food! Great service and ambience! Our party of 4 tried many things- loved Samosa Chaat, Chicken HariYali, Kara Lamb, Chicken Curry, Garlic Shrimp- all delicious! Special thanks to Omar and Amir- we will return!
Good Indian cuisine in a lovely setting. Good, clean and vibrant ambience. Excellent and fairly quick service. A good array of vegetarian and non vegetarian entrees. A nice selection of spirits is also available. Food was tasty. It is hard to find good, authentic Indian food in a restaurant with good decor. This is it!
We were ten of us and had a great evening.
This is our third time in last one month and everything was excellent.
Our server Vincent was very good.
The owner/ Chef Mani stopped by to say hello
Everything we ordered was very tastefully prepared.
Foid was very good. Service was excellent. Restaurant was too cold. It was also pricey for an Indian restaurant. Not $$. Defibitely $$$. Somewhat of a disappointment, though i have good leftovers.
I don't usually rate restaurants but since this one has only opened several months ago and was truly a great find... Located in small mall assoc with Rave theater near Mitchell's. We found it to be best Indian food we have had in Cincinnati! Staff was very helpful and attentive. We will certainly be returning! Extensive menu to experiment with. Beautiful décor too!
